Position: Client Care Advisor

Job Summary: As a Client Care Advisor, you will be the primary point of contact and advocate for our clients and their families. You will build meaningful relationships, coordinate personalized care plans, and ensure the highest quality of service. This role combines relationship-building, consultative sales, problem-solving, and operational coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a trusted advocate and primary contact for clients and families.
  • Conduct in-depth care consultations and develop customized care plans.
  • Coordinate care delivery with Care Pros and conduct quality assurance visits.
  • Facilitate introductions between clients and Care Pros.
  • Address client concerns with empathy and professionalism.
  • Maintain accurate client records and ensure compliance with company policies.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in client services, healthcare, senior care, social work, or care coordination preferred.
  • Education in Healthcare Administration, Social Work, Gerontology, or related field is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and client management software preferred.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation if client visits are required.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical business practices.
