Theresa is the franchise owner of Home Instead. She purchased the franchise in December 2020 and relocated the office to Spencer, Iowa. Over the past five years, she has expanded the franchise territory to include two additional counties. Theresa and her husband, Matt, moved their family from Avoca, IA to Milford, IA. They have three children: Bree, Cora, and Kingston. In her free time, Theresa enjoys spending time with her family and friends. She also loves boating, gardening, and a variety of outdoor activities. Additionally, she likes to engage in various crafts during her downtime. Theresa has a passion and vision for keeping people in their homes, where they are happiest.

Rachel is the General Manager of Home Instead, a position she has held since July 2021. When Rachel was hired, she was the Client Care Consultant and enjoyed working with clients and their families. Rachel and her husband Lee live in Milford, and have three children: Hunter, Hilary, and Tanner. In her free time, Rachel enjoys spending time with her family and friends. She enjoys gardening, fishing, and taking her grand dogs for walks, along with a variety of outdoor activities. Rachel is dedicated to caring for others and always strives to make a positive impact on their lives.

Cora joined Home Instead in May 2021 as a Care Professional. In December 2025 she joined our office team as our Recruitment and Engagement Coordinator. Cora lives in Estherville and has one fur baby named Aspen. Cora spends her free time enjoying the outdoors such as skiing, boating and softball. Cora is dedicated to building a supportive group of care professionals that focuses entirely on the patient and families alike.
