Anne's passion for helping older adults age with dignity has shaped a culture of compassion, leadership, and excellence throughout the Polk County team. She is committed to building strong community partnerships, supporting older adults and their families, and empowering her team to make a meaningful difference every day. Her dedication to the mission of Home Instead earned her national recognition as Home Instead's first Franchisee of the Year in 2024. Inspired by the close relationship she shared with her grandparents, Anne's love for serving others began at an early age. Nina is our General Manager, overseeing Home Instead Polk County operations and serving as our Nurse Care Coordinator. She acts as a liaison between families, clients, and Care Pros to ensure clients' needs are met with excellence. As a Registered Nurse, Nina is responsible for educating our Care Pros to provide the highest quality nurse-directed care. Her tenacity brings positivity and grace to all families who encounter Home Instead and our Care Pros.

Leah brings years of hands-on healthcare experience and a passion for supporting older adults and their families. As Director of Client Care, she meets with families to understand their needs and guide them through the start of services. She continues to be a trusted resource throughout their care journey, maintaining open communication with clients and their loved ones. Leah also leads her team with compassion, strength, and a commitment to providing exceptional care every step of the way.

Staci is our Internal Director and Care Pro Supervisor. She is passionate about encouraging and coaching Care Pros throughout their career journeys. Staci conducts Care Pro evaluations and is your go-to person for any questions. She cultivates an environment of accountability, leadership and grace.

Melissa began her Home Instead journey as a Care Pro, giving her firsthand experience in providing compassionate, personalized care. As Client Care Coordinator, she works closely with Leah to ensure every client receives the highest level of support, oversees changes in care as clients' needs evolve, and serves as a trusted resource for both clients and our Care Pros throughout their journey. Melissa is passionate about supporting and empowering our Care Pros so they have the tools and encouragement they need to provide exceptional care. She also enjoys giving back to the community by volunteering each month with an Alzheimer's Association support group to help individuals and families affected by dementia.

Cyndee is often the first friendly voice or face you'll encounter at Home Instead, answering phones and welcoming caregivers with a smile. Before joining our office team, she spent eight years as a caregiver, giving her a deep understanding of the compassion and dedication it takes to provide exceptional care. Her experience and caring nature make her a valued member of our team.

Jess Johnson serves as a Home Care Consultant with years of extensive experience in the healthcare industry. Her deep understanding of care needs, combined with her dedication to service, allows her to build strong relationships within the community. Jess is passionate about helping and educating individuals and families about the support Home Instead can provide, ensuring older adults receive the care they deserve.

Dixie began her Home Instead journey as a Care Pro, giving her valuable firsthand experience in providing compassionate, personalized care. As our Scheduling Coordinator, she's the puzzle master behind matching each client's unique needs with the right Care Pro based on their experience, skills, and personality. Dixie works hard to create schedules that support both clients and Care Pros while ensuring exceptional care every step of the way. She is passionate about empowering Care Pros, encouraging them as they grow in their caregiving journey, and helping them succeed in making a meaningful difference every day.
