Scheduling Manager

Tiffany Bradley

Since 2012, Tiffany Bradley has been the heartbeat of Home Instead's scheduling operations in Central Iowa. As Scheduling Manager for the Waukee and Ames office, she is responsible for crafting the weekly schedules that keep older adults safe, supported, and thriving at home - all while building strong, lasting connections with the care professionals and families she serves. Tiffany's path to home care was shaped by a deep belief in family, faith, and showing up for others. Before joining the administrative team, she served as an Activities Director in a local nursing home, after running a successful in-home daycare that allowed her to be the primary caregiver for her three children. A lifelong resident of Madison County, she brings a grounded understanding of what aging looks like in rural Iowa - where independence, grit, and humility are part of the care conversation. Tiffany is also one of the most beloved team members in the organization. Whether she's sharing a laugh, lightening the mood, or tackling a scheduling puzzle with fierce focus, she brings a sense of camaraderie and joy to everyone around her. At her core, Tiffany believes in helping people age in place with dignity, not dependence. She builds schedules that respect each individual's routines, values, and voice - especially for rural Iowans who are used to doing things their way. Business Development Advisor

Business Development Advisor

Kate Mohr

Kate serves as a trusted liaison for Home Instead's senior in-home care services in Waukee and Ames, partnering with healthcare providers and community professionals to ensure families receive thoughtful, personalized support during some of life's most uncertain seasons. Her path into senior home care wasn't accidental - it was intentional. After successful years in the corporate financial industry, Kate experienced the loss of her father in 2021 and her grandmother in 2023. Walking alongside her family through hospitalizations, care transitions, and end-of-life decisions opened her eyes to how overwhelming and isolating aging and illness can feel. She realized she didn't just want a career - she wanted work that mattered. Kate made the courageous decision to leave her previous role, become a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), and step directly into the world of caregiving and senior advocacy. That hands-on experience reshaped her understanding of what families truly need: clarity, compassion, and a guide they can trust. Today, she channels that lived experience into building strong referral partnerships across Waukee, Ames, and surrounding Iowa communities, helping seniors remain safe, supported, and independent at home whenever possible. Whether collaborating with discharge planners, senior living communities, or healthcare providers, Kate approaches every conversation as if she were helping her own family navigate aging. Guided by Home Instead's values of compassion, connection, and creativity, she believes no two care plans should ever look the same - because no two families do. Outside of work, Kate enjoys spending time with family and friends, reading with a good cup of coffee, caring for her dog Banx and cat Simon, and enjoying any moment by a pool or lake.

Get to Know a Care Pro

Reilly A., Home Instead Ames-Waukee, IA

As a registered nurse with experience in dementia, nurse-delegated tasks, and end-of-life care, Reilly knows what it takes to provide exceptional support. But what fuels her most is making that care accessible where it matters most—at home.

“Home care is a true alternative to traditional long-term care,” she says. “There’s so much we can bring into the home to help someone stay where they’re most comfortable.”

Reilly was drawn to this field while pursuing patient contact hours in nursing school, but it quickly became more than a requirement—it became her mission. “This population needs advocacy,” she says. “We help families understand the options they actually have, not just the ones they’ve been handed.”

Her favorite moments come when Home Instead is the solution during a time of crisis. “When a provider or family calls in a panic, and we can step in—that’s powerful.”

Reilly is proud of the Waukee office’s urgency, creativity, and care coordination. “We don’t wait and see—we act,” she says. “And families remember that. They know they can call us.”
