Gee's goal is to create a smooth and positive experience for both clients and caregivers every step of the way.

Llanivi is recognized for connecting people with opportunities, supporting diverse communities, and managing third-party contracts that allow us to serve clients with additional care needs-all with professionalism and compassion.

Business Development Advisor

Tyeshia serves as Business Development Advisor in Pasco county. She is passionate about helping older adults and their families find the support they need to age safely and comfortably at home. With a strong background in community outreach, relationship building, and service coordination, she works closely with healthcare professionals, case managers, social workers, and community partners to connect seniors with compassionate, personalized care. Known for her heart for service and commitment to making a difference, Tyeshia takes pride in educating families about available care options and guiding them through important decisions during challenging times. Her experience serving vulnerable populations and advocating for individuals in need has equipped her with a deep understanding of the importance of dignity, independence, and quality of life. Outside of her professional role, Tyeshia is the founder of a nonprofit organization focused on empowering young women and supporting underserved communities. She is passionate about faith, family, and creating meaningful connections that positively impact lives. "Building relationships that improve lives is at the heart of everything I do."

My journey with Home Instead began in 2020 at the Brandon office, where I spent three years as a Care Professional providing compassionate support to clients. I later transitioned into the office as a Service Coordinator, ensuring the needs of both clients and Care Professionals were met with care and efficiency. Today, I'm proud to serve as a Recruiting Coordinator and CPR Instructor at the Zephyrhills office. In this role, I'm dedicated to supporting Care Professionals in their growth and equipping them with the skills and resources they need to provide the highest quality care possible. Born and raised in Florida, I enjoy spending time with my family and partner-whether it's relaxing at the beach, attending soccer games and concerts, or exploring new restaurants. I've always had a passion for helping others and staying positive in pursuit of a better tomorrow.

Jennifer joined Home Instead in December 2022 and serves as a Registered Nurse, reviewing care plans and quality visits while recommending the appropriate level of caregiver support for each client. With over 20 years in the medical field, including 16 as a Registered Nurse, her experience spans critical care, hospice, and palliative care. Passionate about patient advocacy, Jennifer is dedicated to ensuring the highest standards of quality care. Outside of work, she enjoys life on her small farm in Dade City with her husband, twin boys, and their many animals.

Theresa is originally from Brooklyn, New York and relocated to our local area of Tampa in 2001. Her passion started with mentoring youth in the foster care system here in Florida for seven years. Opening a new chapter began with Home Instead East Pasco in 2014, a new passion for helping others find excellent quality care for their loved ones. One of my personal values and highest priorities is to service the community through non-profit organization and building trust with our families we help along their journeys and chapters.

Her professional journey is deeply personal-having cared for both of her parents through Alzheimer's disease, she brings a unique perspective and deep empathy to her work. This firsthand experience with caregiving and chronic illness fuels her commitment to supporting families, closing care gaps, and championing innovative solutions in senior care.
