Chasity has over 17 years of experience working in both the Florida and Pennsylvania offices of Home Instead. She's worked in different roles within the agency throughout her career. Her current position involves overseeing and directing the daily functions of the office and all HR related matters for office staff and all Care Professionals. Having experience as a CAREGiver herself, Chasity has a personal connection to her work and realizes the impact our service makes in the community for not only our seniors but also their families. Born and raised in Pennsylvania, Chasity appreciated the opportunity to relocate to Florida to work in the Vero Beach office and enjoy the sunshine. When not at work, Chasity and her husband love exploring the beauty that Florida offers as well as relaxing at the beaches. They enjoy traveling and having fun at the most magical place on earth - Walt Disney World where they take advantage of their annual passes any chance they get.

After 20 years working as a hair stylist, Kathy sought a change in careers leading her into the nursing field. She earned her Registered Nursing Degree and then worked for many years in the operating room setting as a Registered Nurse. Her most recent care has been in Home Care. Kathy is dedicated to providing the highest level of professional care and compassion when training our Care Professionals. Her passion to help make a difference in our seniors lives by providing the best training and support to our staff, ensuring standards are met and exceeded of client expectations. Kathy enjoys teaching new hires so they can provide excellent care in the home ensuring safety and meeting client's needs. In her spare time, Kathy enjoys golfing and the beauty Florida has to offer.

Patti brings many years of sales experience as well as experience in the Senior Care industry to her position as Home Care Consultant at Home Instead. After working in assisted living, she is thrilled to have the opportunity to promote and provide our home healthcare services, allowing those in need to remain in the comfort of their own homes for as long as possible, and she is looking forward to building professional relationships with referral partners to enhance and expand our reach in Indian River County. Originally from Pennsylvania, Patti and her husband have lived in Florida for the past five years and absolutely love its year-round beauty and warmth. When not at work, she and her husband enjoy the beach, kayaking, motorcycle riding and all the outdoor music & entertainment Florida has to offer.

Summer has spent over 7 years juggling administration, recruitment, and client service. From Scheduler to Recruiter across multiple Home Instead franchises, she's mastered the art of connecting Care Professionals with families while keeping the wheels of operations spinning smoothly (and with style). Off the clock, Summer is usually armed with glitter glue, a karaoke mic, or a dance move or two-channeling her inner Lea Salonga, because why not aim Broadway-high? Fueled by passion, purpose, and just the right amount of caffeine, she's not only building careers-she's in the business of making life a little brighter (and a lot less boring).

Espi is our Human Resource Assistant for the Vero Beach office. She is the first voice you hear on our phone and friendly face you meet when entering our office doors. Espi has several years of experience in an office setting, many of which she worked in the Aviation Industry in the HR Department. She thrives in fast paced office settings, while maintaining the utmost professionalism towards employees and guests. She completes a variety of clerical and administrative duties to support the Home Instead team, including Care Professionals, office staff and clients. Espi's HR experience allows her to provide the highest quality support while understanding the importance of recruiting and retaining Care Professionals. Formerly from Miami, Espi and her husband enjoy traveling and spending time with their two beautiful daughters whenever they visit. She also enjoys boating, biking and kayaking.

With a background in Customer Service and Operations, Tet developed an organizational style that has served her well as a Service Coordinator. She spent the last eight years in Talent Acquisition and Global Recruitment Marketing, specializing in building teams and elevating brand visibility. Off the clock, Tet is a visual artist and music enthusiast. She loves the challenge of learning new instruments. For Tet, life is all about that balance between a fast-paced career and a lifelong love for the arts.
