Gabriela Santiago, Owner

From an early age, Gabriela ("Gabby") developed a deep commitment to caring for the elderly, the vulnerable, and those in need. She has always gone the extra mile—whether it was helping seniors prepare for hurricane season or ensuring no one felt alone during the holidays. These experiences are the foundation of her unwavering dedication to making every senior in her community feel valued and cared for. Gabby brings the core values of trust, respect, and open communication to her leadership at Home Instead. As an owner, she strives to build a team that truly values each client, ensuring they receive not just assistance, but genuine compassion and respect.

Kimberly Lebel, General Manager

My passion for care comes from a desire to ensure every person feels valued and heard. I’ve been in the industry of providing services to the older adult community since owning a business that had the power to make every person, I touched, feel and look their best. I have an affinity for the adult community due to how much they have to offer, share about themselves and the life they’ve lived.
 
I’ve been with Home Instead since 2010 and I enjoy the one-on-one experience of building a quality relationship with not only our clients but their families; assisting and guiding them when it is needed the most. I am honored to be a part of a company that shares the same values I have and look forward to providing continued care and support in our community. There is a quote that resonates with me, “The power to transform a life does not rest in brilliance, riches or perfection but the quiet grace of a heart that truly cares.”  At Home Instead there is no truer statement. Nora Pro

Nora Jencks, Registered Nurse

I am most passionate about high quality geriatrics care; always aiming to improve health, independence, and quality of life to the seniors in our community. I started in the medical field as a Nurse’s Aide at the age of 16 and graduated from nursing school in 1983! For the first 20 years of my career, I focused on the high-tech world of ICU and dialysis. I then specialized in Home Health and Hospice Support for the past 20 years both in management and direct patient care roles. I train and support our team of professional CAREGivers to provide excellent care, make sure they have the resources they need to be successful and ensure that our clients are safe at home with all their needs met so they can age in place.

 

Sharon Pro

Sharon Lee, Human Resources Manager

​In August 2015, Sharon started working as a Companion with Home Instead and then was promoted to a Certified Home Health Aide in October 2015. During that time, she was awarded CAREGiver of the Month multiple times for her outstanding performance in home care. In July 2017, Sharon was promoted to Human Resources Coordinator. Her CAREGiver experience combined with her 33-year military career helps her enjoy a position managing the complete CAREGiver Experience from recruiting to retention. Her primary responsibility is to hire compassionate and caring CAREGivers that serve our seniors with integrity. She performs in-depth screening and ensures a robust training program that results in care team members with the perfect heart to work with seniors. Sharon also manages the Home Instead on-going training programs, both in-house and on-line.

Ashley Torres, Recruitment and Engagement Coordinator

Hello, my name is Ashley, a dedicated Recruitment and Engagement Coordinator! My role is key in building a team of compassionate, reliable, and qualified caregivers who reflect our mission of delivering exceptional care to clients and their families. I am passionate about creating the best experience for everyone I interact with, from new applicants to the families we serve, and I value working alongside our entire Home Instead TEAM. Everyone's commitment inspires me daily and reinforces the meaningful work we do. I have been fortunate to build lasting connections and create meaningful memories. As I continue to grow with Home Instead both professionally and personally, I remain committed to making a difference in the lives of others; strengthening my compassion, patience, and reminding me of the importance of spending quality time with my own family and elderly loved ones.

Hi, I’m Aiza Marie. With over a decade of experience in customer service, I have built my career on creating meaningful connections, building trust, and understanding the needs of others. I believe exceptional care begins with empathy, patience, and genuine human connection. My goal is to connect dedicated caregivers with seniors who deserve to be treated with dignity, respect, and kindness every day.

Today, as part of the recruitment team in the home care industry, I am dedicated to connecting with compassionate CARE Professionals, who view caregiving not simply as a profession, but as a true calling. Beyond recruitment, I am committed to helping build a team that leads with compassion and makes a lasting difference in the lives of older adults and their families.

Colleen Krecic, Lead Care Pro

Hello, I'm Colleen and my family moved from Rockland New York to Port St Lucie in 2007. I have been a professional CareGiver with Home Instead since 2020 and have been awarded numerous awards including CareGiver of the Year! I love sharing my light and delivering compassionate and empathetic care to our elderly clients. 

My passion is to show and treat each one of my clients with the love and support as I would want a family member of my own to be treated, and that’s how I treat them, like family. Working for Home Instead has been a blessing, the beautiful people I have come in contact with on this life’s journey have made me a better person. Not only am I caring for them, but they are unknowingly making a loving impact on me and I’m truly grateful. My goal as a lead caregiver is to leave clients with a happy positive feeling of love that every one of them deserves.
