Julie Castle

Julie Castle

Franchise Owner

I was born in Michigan, however moved to Pinellas County in 1980. I was very close to my grandparents growing up and have a special place in my heart for seniors. I feel I have found my life's calling with Home Instead Senior Care. I feel honored to help seniors stay active and safe in their homes, offer rewarding careers to CAREGivers and providing on-going training and support to the staff, CAREGivers, clients and their families. My main goal is for Home Instead Senior Care to be a valuable resource in the community. My husband and I have 5 children and are foster parents. We also find time for our non-profit, Be A Santa To A Senior, Adopt A Mom and Adopt A Dad, which gives gifts to our local seniors for Christmas, Mother's Day and Father's Day. My favorite part about being a Home Instead Senior Care franchise owner is knowing every day, I am actively changing the face of aging. I treat each client as if they were my grandparent, because to me, it is personal.

Colin Castle

Colin Castle

VP

I was born in Guam, as my father was in the military for 27 years. I am the youngest of six and after I was born, he decided to retire to Florida to raise one child outside of the military. My family moved to Pinellas County in early 1970 and ultimately called Largo home until 2010 when I finally sold the family home. Unfortunately, my father passed in 1981 but he instilled many of my beliefs in me at an early age. My mother, family, and a few key role models helped me succeed. I recently chose to leave my 20-year career to assist my wife, Julie Castle, in achieving her vision of what Home Instead Senior care could ultimately become. My career was client focused and making sure my clients received the best possible customer service and care, so my transition to Home Instead Senior Care has been easy. From a personal perspective, my father received in home care from Hospice while he battled cancer, my brother was my grandmother's primary caregiver for a number of years, and I took care of my mother prior to her passing. For me, making sure we provide the best care possible to our clients is very personal.

JC Crady

Director of CAREGiver Services

Hello, my name is JC Crady. I have lived in Florida since she I was 5 years old, coming from Laurel, MD originally. I was VP of New Century Builders, Inc. working with my husband in the construction industry. I was also the Owner/President of Quality Books of West Florida, Inc. working with the regional school systems until I sold the company in 2004. I enjoy reading, sunsets at the beach, and spending quality time with my husband Bill. I have two grown children that I am extremely proud of (Kyle & Nikki). I began working here at Home Instead Senior Care in 2004, and now as the Director of CAREGiver Services, I work closely with our training and recruiting departments to hire and train the best possible CAREGivers to join our team. I also work closely with the scheduling department to assure all the clients are receiving the quality care they deserve. I take special pride in matching the perfect CAREGiver with each client. It's such a great feeling to bring two people together and form a special friendship and to allow a senior to continue their independence, with just a helping hand.

RN, Quality Assurance Manager

I was born and raised in New York but have spent most of my adult life in beautiful Florida. Since the beginning of my nursing career, I have always been drawn to working with older adults. In 1993, I returned to school and obtained a Master's Degree in Community Health Nursing and since then my jobs have focused on dealing with the multiple issues that can plague the aging population. I have a strong belief that people should be able to "age in place" by any means necessary if possible. I live in St Petersburg with my 2 dogs Remy and Dixie. My time when not at work is taken up with teaching puppy classes at the Dog Training Club of St. Petersburg, showing my Miniature Bullterrier Ch. Remington Steele and going out to listen to music, see plays and movies.

Scheduling

My name is Jaclyn and I was born and raised right here in Clearwater. I am a single mom to 3 beautiful children. I enjoy spending time at the beach, kayaking, going to concerts, swimming and trying new restaurants. My home health career started 20 years ago as a caregiver. I have taken care of many elderly clients as well as children with many different disabilities. When the company that I was a caregiver for had an opening in the office as a Scheduler, they offered me the position, and I transitioned into the admin side of Healthcare. I have spent time in client homes and facilities. I ran the "personalized Living" department of Brookdale in Hyde Park and was able to still provide care to some of our residents. I find joy in being able to make a difference in others' lives, whether it be from the office or in a client's home.

Tina Hart

Tina Hart

Billing

Hello, my name is Tina Hart. I was born and raised in Livingston, Ill., population 900. I lived in that area most of my life. Two years ago, a job opportunity came available in Clearwater, and, since both of my boys were grown, I took advantage of the opportunity & moved down here. Unfortunately, the company that I moved down here to work for chose to close their doors after a year. The opportunity with Home Instead was a blessing. My previous experience in the home care field was as the Homecare Supervisor for a non-profit organization. I worked for them for 5 years before moving to Florida. I was in the Illinois Air National Guard for 21 years, retiring as the Nursing Services Manager, Chief Master Sergeant. I also have experience in the restaurant industry, the trucking industry, and of course, the medical field with the Air Guard. My two sons, Jacob and Adam, still live in Illinois & I miss them dearly. Jacob, the oldest, has Asperger's Disorder and is pursuing a bachelor's degree in art. Adam, the youngest, graduated with a Mechanical Engineering degree last year, and is currently working for a manufacturing company in Fenton, MO. I am very proud of both of them. My best friend & partner, JD, moved down here with me. He works at the Roosterfish Grill on Missouri in Largo. Great food if you have the opportunity to go there. I am passionate about home care. The opportunity to help people stay in their homes means a great deal to me. I love the clients & enjoy building relationships with them. I look forward to continuing to do so.
