Owner/President

Kaipo Robello, a long-time entrepreneur, started his first company in 1993 pursuing his passion for drawing as a screen-printing artist. His company continues to grow among locals in the community and many businesses use his company for high quality shirts. In 2009, he opened up a liquor store and bar located on Pensacola Beach. After being educated on the importance of home care, Kaipo decided to venture out and purchased Home Instead Senior Care in 2017 with his wife, Stacy. He takes great pride in providing quality care for Seniors and maintaining an enriching workplace for Care Professionals. Kaipo enjoys spending time with his wife, and children. When mother nature allows, you can find him surfing.

In 2017, Stacy Robello, became one of the new owners at Home Instead Senior Care of Pensacola. She was a founding employee of the franchise in 1999 until late 2001. After receiving her Bachelor's of Arts in Elementary Education from the University of West Florida, she left to pursue her career as an educator in one of Florida's top ranked systems; Santa Rosa County School District. But when the Home Instead office was granted their Home Health Agency license from the State of Florida in 2006, Stacy was inspired to return; this time as a Community Educator addressing issues specific to the aging population and as a promoter of the many home care services offered by Home Instead. She helps drive referrals and builds relationships within the provider network of home care. Some of Stacy's affiliations are with the Home Instead Charities National Board Member, Baptist Women's Board, Escarosa Senior Alliance, Santa Rosa Healthcare Advocates, Healthcare Professionals Association of Northwest Florida, Impact 100, Powerful Women of the Gulf Coast, Pensacola Symphony Orchestra Guild, former seat at the Florida Department of Elderly Affairs Advisory Council, Certified Senior Advisor and a student at the University of Florida's College of Medicine, Master's of Gerontology program. She enjoys spending time with her husband and three children, going to the beach, boating and going to the gym. Stacy is more enthusiastic than ever and she's excited to continue the tradition of bringing exceptional home care and being a choice employer to the Pensacola community.

Jennifer Cleveland

General Manager

Jennifer is responsible for successfully directing and coordinating all activities in the franchise for growth and development of the business. She provides leadership and management of all Home Instead ® departments such as finance, staffing, human resources, client services and home care sales which affect operational efficiency and achievement of the operational goals. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees, planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance, coaching employee's performance; problem resolution while seeking positive outcomes. Jennifer comes with over 11 years' experience in the home care industry, she reflects the core values of Home Instead while maintaining strong relationships with the community and neighboring franchise owners. She loves spending time at church, leading groups as well as hanging out on the football field with her two boys.

Leigh Baker

Leigh Baker

RN, CSA, Training and Engagement Coordinator

Leigh has been a Registered Nurse for over 18 years specializing in geriatrics as a Certified Senior Advisor through the National Society of Certified Senior Advisors, a Certified Alzheimer's Disease and Related Dementias Training Provider through the Florida Department of Elder Affairs, and she is an American Heart Association Certified Basic Life Support CPR Instructor. Leigh executes all training programs for Care Professionals including new hire orientation and ongoing training to develop and maintain quality Care Professionals to provide quality care for the needs of our Clients. She is responsible for the development of engagement strategies to promote Care Professional retention and promote a high-quality culture. She also monitors for Federal, State, and Local government compliance.

Recruitment Coordinator

Kristen is responsible for overseeing all functions related to the Human Resources Department. She focuses on interviewing, hiring and training new employees, and ensuring federal, state and local laws are being followed. Kristen also works with employees appraising and coaching job performance as well as problem resolution seeking positive outcomes.

Katie performs a variety of duties that relate to client care including care consultations with potential clients and family members, Client/Care Professional introductions and quality assurance visits with existing clients. She uses the consultative sales approach to determine each individual client's needs to provide solutions and create a tailored service plan. She continuously evaluates the plan through a series of ongoing communications and visits to ensure high quality care, client satisfaction and retention as well as opportunities to increase service hours.

Becky performs a variety of duties that relate to client care including care consultations with potential clients and family members; client and care professional introductions; quality assurance visits with existing clients all specific to her territory. She is responsible for successfully directing and coordinating activities related to networking, marketing and external sales within her territory.
