Joining Home Instead in 2017, Melanie quickly advanced from Service Coordinator to Director of Client Services, guiding the scheduling department and collaborating with client care coordinators to ensure smooth client integration and current care plans. Her career demonstrates a strong dedication to enhancing well-being and operational efficiency, complemented by her personal joy in family and gardening.

Outside of her corporate work, Jacqueline is also a successful entrepreneur, co-owning Chapin The Tradesman, LLC, a construction/handyman company, and founding Lilac Sweet Treats, a custom baked goods business. Tenisha is a compassionate and results-oriented Care Pro Relationship Manager in Jacksonville, NE-FL, with over a decade of experience in healthcare operations and relationship management.
