Get to Know a Care Pro

Tracy L, Home Instead Palm Coast

Tracy mentions that her best training for becoming a Care Pro is real life experience. She learned how to support clients as if they were her family, thanks to experience taking care of her grandparents and great uncles and aunts.

When asked what Tracy loves most about being a Care Pro, she mentions “The satisfaction of helping, caring for their needs, and offering peace toward the end of their days means so much to me. Clients may not always express appreciation, but I know they care in their own ways. Honor and Home Instead give us the opportunity to showcase our love for people.”
