Compensation & Benefits:
• Competitive base pay ($15.50 – $18.00/hr) with opportunities to earn up to $22.00/hr through shift differentials.

What You Will Do:
• Deliver dependable one-on-one personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support).
• Prepare nutritious meals and provide medication reminders.
• Help with light housekeeping, laundry, and maintaining a tidy home environment.
• Provide incidental transportation for local doctor visits, grocery runs, and errands.
Requirements:
• Valid Florida Driver's License, clean driving record, and reliable, insured vehicle.
• Ability to pass a Florida Level 2 Background Screening and drug screen.
• Reliable work ethic and clear, compassionate communication skills.
