Todd and his family started their first Home Instead franchise in 1998 in Tallahassee, FL. Todd graduated from The Florida State University with a bachelor's degree in criminal justice, where he played baseball. Following an injury, ending his baseball career, he decided to open his own franchise here in Fort Walton Beach, FL, proudly serving Okaloosa and Walton Counties! Todd, along with his brother Scott, aided in the care of their own grandfather, gaining experience on caregiving and now understand, firsthand, exactly what the family Care Pros go through. "I have a better respect for what our Care Pros do on a daily basis," says Todd. "I take much pride in knowing that we provide the highest level of care in our area." Todd also states, "My wife and I enjoy increasing awareness throughout the community and making a difference in the lives of seniors. Carly and Todd have 3 sons, Brody, Wade and Jack. Her involvement with the company has been devoted to everything from marketing, to staffing and training, to accounting and administrative duties. "Family is the most important element in our lives," says Carly.
