**To be considered for a wage increase after 8 weeks, you must meet Honor's requirements as a driver (valid U.S. drivers' license and clean driving record), have proof of previously passed the Florida Home Health Aide Competency Exam or have an active HHA, RN, CNA or LNA license, work at least 20 visits in your first 8 weeks of employment, and remain in good standing with Honor. The $17.00 applies to weekend shifts only.

What You’ll Do as a Caregiver

• Build meaningful relationships with clients through companionship and compassionate care
• Assist with meal preparation and light housekeeping
• Provide personal care services, including help with grooming, bathing, restroom use, and managing incontinence

Requirements

• Prior caregiving experience (paid professional or family caregiving)
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Ability to work at least two weekly shifts with the same client(s) to ensure consistent care
• Basic English speaking, reading, and writing skills (bilingual or multilingual individuals encouraged to apply)
• Ability to complete all necessary compliance, license, or registration requirements
