Home Instead is seeking an experienced Director to lead the growth, operations, recruiting, compliance, and performance of our personal care home care agency serving Palm Beach County.
This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who enjoys building teams, driving growth, leveraging technology, and being accountable for results. As the agency's operational leader, you'll be responsible for increasing client service hours, developing referral relationships, improving recruiting outcomes, and ensuring exceptional care for seniors and their families.
Technology Leadership Required
This is a technology-forward organization. You will be required to display a solid understanding and curiosity of how technology solutions can be integrated across agency operations
The ideal candidate has advanced experience using:
WellSky proficiency is required for client and caregiver management, and scheduling success
AI and automation tools
ATS, HRIS, and job board platforms
KPI dashboards and performance reporting

Key Responsibilities
Grow client service hours and improve inquiry-to-client conversion rates
Lead marketing, business development, and referral growth initiatives
Manage office staff and create a culture of accountability
Oversee caregiver recruiting, onboarding, and retention
Develop creative solutions to caregiver shortages, ghosting, and hiring challenges
Facilitate New Hire Orientation
Ensure compliance with Florida AHCA regulations and maintain audit-ready records
Implement systems and processes that improve operational performance
Qualifications
5+ years of leadership experience in home care, healthcare, staffing, senior care, or a related industry
Strong sales, marketing, recruiting, and operations experience
Knowledge of Florida AHCA ASPEN personal care agency regulations required
Strong organizational skills
Proven ability to drive growth and hold teams accountable
