As District Direct, Tammie oversees the labyrinth of scheduling, intricate billing and payroll cycles, and the day to day operations of Home Instead. Her favorite quote from Mark Twain is, "If you tell the truth, you don't have to remember anything". Tammie enjoys spending time with her family and crafting.

As HR Manager, Michelle oversees all aspects of caregiver onboarding, accountability and compliance. Michelle is a wife of 32 years, married to her best friend, mother of three beautiful adult daughters and grandmother to two precious grandchildren. Her hobbies include thrifting, crafting, and spending time with her family.

In her role as Client Care Manager, Kaylin handles all client issues and strives to maintain the best customer service. She works closely with the client services team to ensure all client service needs are met. Kaylin enjoys reading, listening to true crime podcasts and spending time with friends and family. She has an associates degree in English and her favorite holiday is Halloween.

RN Case Manager, onboard since 2021

In her role as RN Case Manager, Cece determines the skill level of our caregivers and ensures they are matched correctly with our clients. She conducts the skills verification assessments for our caregivers and works with training and engagement to document the changes in our care pros level of skills. Cece's goal is to provide the highest quality of care and safety for our clients. When Cece is not working, she enjoys reading, hiking, puzzles, painting and photography. She also enjoys interacting with her eclectic and wildly challenging family.

Michelle began her career as a caregiving and has worn multiple hats over the years. As the Client Lead Specialist, Michelle oversees all aspects of potential clients starting with the very first phone into the office through signing the client up for our services. Michelle specializes in LTC Claims. She has five children and ten grandchildren. Being client focused means the following to her, "Quality means doing it right when no one is looking." - Henry Ford

Service Coordinator, onboard since 2021

Jessica began her career as a caregiver with Home Instead. In her role as District Service Coordinator, Jessica assists clients and their families by working to fill shifts with Care Pros based on skill sets and personalities. She likes to work with the are pros individually to ensure she is meeting both the clients and care pros needs. Jessica enjoys spending time with her husband and son. When she is not spending time with her family, Jessic enjoys playing with her dog, Nova, and her cat, Ella. Jessica is compassionate and has a helpful personality. She enjoys the little things in life like taking in the beautiful scenery that surrounds her to enjoying a simple cup of coffee.

Lisa began her career as a caregiver with Home Instead. In the role of Engagement and Training coordinator, Lisa works with clients and care pros to assist with developing their relationship with one another. She provides additional training to help our care pros gain more knowledge and practice skills that help enhance the client/caregiver relationship. Lisa has two adult children and two small dogs. She loves spending time outdoors and traveling.
