Lisa earned her Master's degree in Family Studies and her Ph.D. in Educational Psychology from Arizona State University. She has experience in counseling and assessment in both community and school settings. Lisa and Marshall moved to Florida from Arizona in 2003 to open their Home Instead business. Lisa's parents resided in Wisconsin when it became apparent that additional support was needed following her father's hospitalization. She employed Home Instead and understands what it's like to be dealing with parental health issues from a distance. Lisa and Marshall have been married for almost 40 years and have a son, Alexander, who recently graduated from Emory University with a degree in neuroscience.

Marshall is a retired dentist, having practed in Casa Grande, Arizona for over 25 years. He became interested in Home Instead Senior Care after listening to an interview with the company's founder on NPR. Upon visiting the corporate office in Omaha he was impressed with the company's passion, integrity, and professionalism. His passions include book collecting, Husker football, and his family. Marshall relocated his family to Florida in order to be closer to his mother in Eustis.

Lariann worked as our office's lead service coordinator for multiple years. After the birth of her second child Lariann opted to continue working with Home Instead but in a remote capacity so she could spend more time with her children. Lariann understands well that homecare is a 24/7 business and adeptly handles all calls after regular business hours. It's wonderful to know care is professionally handled at all hours!

Tuesday joined the Home Instead Care Professional team in 2014 as a Home Health Aide and in 2022 was promoted to Lead Recruiter. As a highly experienced direct service provider Tuesday is well suited to recruit and screen the next generation of care professionals. Tuesday holds a Master's degree in Healthcare Administration and enjoys family time, especially Sundays with her grandson!

Rhonda is our Office Manager with over 15 years of experience in Health Care. She started as an Administrator and Program Case Manager working with Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI). She then transitioned to geriatrics as a Human Resource Director for a large Residential and Skilled Care Community. There she instituted an "Adopt A Resident" program to provide companionship to quarantined seniors during COVID. The program was so successful it was expanded throughout her region! When not at work Rhonda enjoys family time and volunteering/advocating for Veterans.

As her title suggests, Heather is responsible for onboarding and identifying training opportunities for our Care Professionals. She introduces our Care Pros to their clients in their homes, conducts quality assurance calls and visits, and also provides emotional support to our hard-working associates. Heather has years of experience as a CNA and more recently, as an HR Generalist in a long-term care community. She is a proud mother of two, and an even prouder grandmother of two little boys!

Pat comes to Home Instead with over 28 years staffing experience in Home Health, Long Term Care, and Hospice. She held the position of Regional Operations Director in Muncie, Indiana where she was responsible for the hiring, training and supervision of schedulers in multiple offices in the surrounding area. She relocated to Florida in 2018 and we are so blessed to have her on our team!
