RN for Non-Skilled Home Health Part-time

Home Instead is a private duty home care agency serving Manatee County. We are seeking a very part-time RN for our Bradenton office to assess Home Health Aides' skills in our lab once or twice weekly (Wednesdays/Fridays). This position offers wonderful work/life balance in a well-established office. We've been in business twenty years and received numerous recognitions! We are a collaborative, delightful team to work with, and we all possess a desire to provide high quality care to those who've sought out our service. We hire Home Health Aides, and provide only non-skilled services. This opportunity allows you to continue to improve the lives of others as an alternative to direct care.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Directly teach and assess the AHCA skills portion of the Home Health Aide assessment and communicating the results to our Recruitment Coordinator.
• Review care plans and aide assignments weekly.

MUST HAVE:

• Two years experience as an RN, one of which must be in the provision of home health services per AHCA.
• Ability to pass a drug screen, and an MVR check.
• Level II background screening
