Spanish/English Bilingual Care Professional
Home Instead is actively seeking Spanish/English bilingual Care Professionals to support Spanish-speaking older adults in our community. This role requires professional fluency in both Spanish and English, as you will communicate directly with clients, families, and our office team.

What You'll Do
Our Care Professionals provide a combination of personal care, daily living assistance, companionship, and safety support based on each client's individual needs. Specific responsibilities will vary depending on the client and their care plan.
- Assist with bathing, grooming, hygiene, dressing, and toileting
- Support mobility, transfers, and safe ambulation
- Provide medication reminders (no medication administration)
- Prepare meals and assist with feeding when needed
- Perform light housekeeping, including laundry, dishes, and general tidying
- Provide companionship and engage clients in meaningful activities and conversation in Spanish
- Observe and report changes in a client's condition
- Support clients with dementia and other cognitive conditions
What We're Looking For
- Professional fluency in both Spanish and English (verbal communication required)
- Previous caregiving, home care, healthcare, or senior care experience is preferred
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Compassionate, dependable, and professional approach to client care
- Ability to follow care instructions and work independently in a home-care setting
