Are you an experienced CNA who loves caregiving — and loves helping others grow?

Home Instead is looking for a Caregiver Training Coordinator who brings real hands-on caregiving experience and a natural talent for teaching and mentoring. This role is primarily focused on training and developing new caregivers, while staying connected to the hands-on work you're passionate about.

What You'll Do: You'll lead hands-on skills training during new caregiver orientation, accompany new hires on their first client visits, and be the trusted mentor they turn to in the field. You'll also attend initial client introductions to ensure a smooth, comfortable transition for everyone involved. When needed, you'll step in to provide direct hands-on care — keeping your skills sharp and your connection to the work real.

What We're Looking For:

• CNA certification and 5+ years of caregiving experience
• A natural teacher — patient, encouraging, and non-judgmental
• Comfortable in an office setting with basic computer and email skills
• Able to learn our care management platform quickly
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
• Must pass a criminal background check, DMV check, drug screen, physical, and TB test
