Katie Bui has called Colorado home since 1998. As the Owner and President of the Home Instead franchises in Durango and Pueblo, she leads a compassionate team dedicated to helping older adults live safely, comfortably, and independently at home.

Owner/Sales & Marketing

Jason has been a successful sales and marketing professional for 30 years. He serves as Owner/Sales & Marketing at Home Instead of Pueblo. He has relevant experience with sales and marketing as he has lead successful roofing, synthetic exterior, landscape and real estate companies. He has an entrepreneurial spirit with a strong focus on customer relationships. Seeking a home care service for yourself or your love-ones can be stressful and confusing process. Jason's goal is to ensure his clients get the best and trusted care they can in the comfort of their homes. His kind nature and willingness to help others are his motivation for owning a home care service company. For Jason, the final outcome of each engagement is never the sale of a service, it is a lasting relationship based on trust and mutual respect that he can provide clients and their families.

Kelci, a Colorado native with a global upbringing. She earned her nursing degree from Pikes Peak State College with a minor in Psychology, enhancing her holistic approach to care, with a strong background supporting the military community. Today, she proudly serves as a Registered Nurse at Home Instead of Pueblo, where she is dedicated to delivering compassionate, high-quality care to older adults in her community. Growing up in a military-oriented family, she's especially passionate about making a meaningful difference in the lives of those who served. In her free time, she enjoys spending time outdoors, watching movies, shopping, and spending time with loved ones.

Lead Care Consultant

Raised in Pueblo, Marlayna brings over 20 years of healthcare experience to her role as Lead Care Consultant. Her passion for helping others began early and was deeply inspired by her grandfather's battle with cancer. After high school, she began her journey in healthcare and has since served in a variety of roles including CNA, QMAP, Educator, and Medical Assistant. In her role today, Marlayna is committed to guiding seniors and their families through the care process with compassion, understanding, and expertise. She values building meaningful connections with clients and strives to ensure they feel respected, supported, and empowered to maintain their independence at home. Outside of work, Marlayna enjoys time with family, weightlifting, traveling, and enjoying the Colorado mountains.

Elizabeth serves as a Home Care Consultant for Home Instead. Originally from Louisiana, she and her family made the move to Colorado in 2015 and are proud to call Pueblo their home. She brings over 12 years of experience in the medical field and 25 years in customer and patient service. Elizabeth is known for her positive energy and her passion for helping others. She believes that kindness, laughter, and a little time outdoors are some of the best medicines. Her goal is to bring smiles and comfort to those she serves every day. Outside of work, Elizabeth enjoys spending time with her three wonderful children and a lively bunch of pets, including 2 dogs, 2 cats, 2 fish, and 2 frogs! An outdoor enthusiast at heart, she loves kayaking, camping, swimming, and hiking whenever she gets the chance
