Kelci, a Colorado native with a global upbringing. She earned her nursing degree from Pikes Peak State College with a minor in Psychology, enhancing her holistic approach to care, with a strong background supporting the military community. Today, she proudly serves as a Registered Nurse at Home Instead of Pueblo, where she is dedicated to delivering compassionate, high-quality care to older adults in her community. Growing up in a military-oriented family, she's especially passionate about making a meaningful difference in the lives of those who served. In her free time, she enjoys spending time outdoors, watching movies, shopping, and spending time with loved ones.

Raised in Pueblo, Marlayna brings over 20 years of healthcare experience to her role as Lead Care Consultant. Her passion for helping others began early and was deeply inspired by her grandfather's battle with cancer. After high school, she began her journey in healthcare and has since served in a variety of roles including CNA, QMAP, Educator, and Medical Assistant. In her role today, Marlayna is committed to guiding seniors and their families through the care process with compassion, understanding, and expertise. She values building meaningful connections with clients and strives to ensure they feel respected, supported, and empowered to maintain their independence at home. Outside of work, Marlayna enjoys time with family, weightlifting, traveling, and enjoying the Colorado mountains.

DaiLynn Lerma is a dedicated Recruitment, Engagement and Training Coordinatorwith over three years of experience in healthcare as a CNA, beginning her career immediately after high school. Her hands-on caregiving background has provided her with a strong understanding of compassionate care, team development, and employee support.

Wesley Hubbard has been part of the Home Instead family for over a year, and during that time, he has built meaningful relationships with the seniors and families he serves. His warm personality, patience, and ability to connect with people have always stood out. Having worked directly with seniors providing care and companionship, Wesley understands that sometimes the little things matter most are a good conversation, sharing a laugh, lending a helping hand, or simply taking the time to listen. He believes every senior deserves to feel respected, valued, and cared for. We’re excited to have Wesley bring that same compassion and people-first approach to his role as Business Development Advisor. His firsthand experience caring for seniors gives him a unique understanding of what families need and what quality care truly looks like. For Wesley, this work is personal. He believes in treating every senior the way he would want his own loved ones to be treated with kindness, dignity, and genuine care.
