What You'll Do

As our Community Outreach & Marketing Coordinator, you will serve as the face of Home Instead in the community by:

  • Building and maintaining relationships with hospitals, physician offices, rehabilitation facilities, home health agencies, hospice providers, assisted living communities, nursing facilities, senior centers, veteran organizations, and community partners.
  • Representing Home Instead at networking events, health fairs, senior expos, job fairs, and community meetings.
  • Conducting outreach visits and presentations to educate healthcare professionals, families, and community organizations about Home Instead services.
  • Generating qualified referrals and helping grow our client base through relationship-building and community engagement.
  • Supporting marketing initiatives, public relations efforts, and social media awareness campaigns.
  • Assisting with educational workshops, caregiver appreciation events, and community programs.
  • Tracking referral activity, outreach efforts, and marketing outcomes.
  • Serving as a trusted resource for aging services, dementia care, veteran resources, and community support programs.
  • Supporting recruitment efforts by promoting caregiver career opportunities within the community.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Healthcare Administration, Public Relations, or a related field preferred.
  • One year or more of experience in marketing, community outreach, sales, healthcare relations, business development, or customer relations preferred.
  • Experience working with senior services, healthcare organizations, home care, hospice, or community-based programs is a plus.
  • Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and proof of insurance required.
