Chris Parmelee joined the Home Instead Senior Care team in March 2015 as General Manager, overseeing operations for three franchise locations: Rancho Cucamonga, Victorville, and Grand Junction. In this role, he provides strategic leadership and management across all departments-including finance, staffing, human resources, client services, and home care sales-with a steadfast commitment to delivering exceptional care to every client. Chris's top priorities are ensuring that both our valued Care Professionals and clients feel safe, supported, and empowered to thrive within their communities. His leadership is grounded in compassion, integrity, and a deep dedication to enhancing the lives of seniors and their families.

I'm a compassionate and motivated healthcare professional dedicated to providing exceptional patient care and building supportive, high-performing teams. My background includes pediatric and senior home health, acute rehabilitation, oncology, telemetry, and long-term care, giving me a well-rounded perspective on how empathy and collaboration shape positive outcomes.

With over 13 years of experience in the medical field, I have built a strong foundation in both patient care and administrative support through my work as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) and Medical Office Assistant. Throughout my career, I have developed a deep commitment to providing compassionate, high-quality care to patients while ensuring efficient and organized healthcare operations.

Kiersten is a CNA with just over one year of hands-on experience, and she's lived in Mesa County her entire life. She has a strong passion for caring for seniors and believe in treating every individual with the same respect, patience, and compassion that she would give to her own family. Her experience includes providing personalized care in long-term care facilities, as well as supporting individuals and families through hospice care. She is dedicated to continuing her growth within caregiving and related fields, and she takes pride in ensuring seniors receive not only high-quality care, but also genuine companionship and dignity.

With more than 25 years of experience in healthcare, I have dedicated my career to serving others and making a meaningful difference in the lives of seniors and their families. I am passionate about building strong, trusting relationships and helping families feel confident that their loved ones are receiving the compassionate, dependable, and high-quality care they deserve. As a Client Care Coordinator and Business Development Advisor with Home Instead, I bring an energetic, professional, and relationship-focused approach to everything I do. I truly have a heart for seniors and enjoy connecting with families, healthcare professionals, and community partners throughout Colorado’s Western Slope. My goal is to be a trusted resource for our community—helping families navigate their care options and ensuring seniors have the support they need to remain safe, comfortable, and independent wherever they call home. Having grown up on the Western Slope, this community is especially meaningful to me. I understand the people, values, and close-knit relationships that make this area such a special place to live and work. Being able to give back to the community that helped shape me makes my work even more rewarding.
