We provide care 24/7/365, wherever our clients live. We are hiring now for:

• 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM (day shifts — driving clients to appointments required)
• 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM (evenings)
• 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM (overnights)
• Weekends

Don't drive? You can still join us. Many of our evening and overnight shifts don't require driving — apply and let us know your availability.

What you'll do

Provide one-on-one care in a client's home, including:

• Assistance with activities of daily living — bathing, dressing, grooming, transferring, and toileting
• Meal preparation, light housekeeping, and medication reminders
• Transportation to appointments and errands (day shifts)
• Companionship and engagement
• Supporting seniors and clients living with cognitive impairment, including dementia and brain injury

What you'll need

• Successful completion of the State of California Department of Social Services Home Care Aide Registry
• Pre-employment drug screening
• For driving roles: valid CA driver's license, proof of car insurance, and DMV check
• Ability to lift, push, or pull 25 pounds
• Ability to bend, twist, stoop, kneel, and reach
• Ability to go up and down stairs without assistive devices
