David Rezner and his wife, Lisa, acquired Home Instead in 2015 with a shared passion for making a positive difference in the lives of seniors and their families. Before joining the senior care industry, David spent 39 years in supervisory roles in the service industry, developing a strong foundation in leadership, customer service, and working with people. David also understands caregiving from personal experience, having helped care for both his mother and father. While his primary role at Home Instead is administrative, his favorite part of the job is visiting with clients and their families and getting to know them personally. He especially enjoys working alongside the Home Instead Care Professional team and is proud of the compassion and dedication they bring to the seniors they serve. For David, Home Instead is about more than providing care—it is about building relationships, earning trust, and helping families feel supported along the way.

Lisa leads marketing and community outreach, working to expand our presence and connect more families with the care they need. Her favorite part of the work is the people — spending time with our care team and visiting clients in their homes. With a background in mental health, Lisa naturally gravitates toward building real relationships. She understands that trust matters, especially when you're inviting someone into your home or entrusting them with someone you love. Lisa and David began their home care journey in 2015 after caring for their own parents and seeing firsthand how much it meant for them to stay in the homes they knew. That experience shaped everything they do.

Stephen brings 25 years of Marketing Management and Director experience to Home Instead, Orange. He spent most of his career in hospitality where he found a real passion for providing excellence in customer service and taking care of guests while growing companies and telling their stories. It was this passion along with the opportunity to enrich and make a difference in our senior's lives that led him to join the Home Instead family. He is actively involved in keeping our branding efforts current in marketing and social media platforms as well as managing our website. Stephen works closely with the administrative staff managing the day-to-day operations as well as working with clients and their families providing care consultations to ensure the best care for our clients.

Heidi has worked with the senior population for over 3 years. She started out as a caregiver and grew to love the connection she made with the clients that she cared for. Heidi truly values the opportunity to get to know each of our seniors and appreciates the stories, wisdom, and life experiences they have to share. She believes that caring for our clients is much more than helping with everyday needs, it’s also about making them feel comfortable, respected, heard, and cared for. As the Client Care Coordinator, Heidi is able to get to know each client personally and follow them through their journey with Home Instead to make sure that they are always receiving the attention and care they deserve.

My name is Samantha, and my journey with Home Instead began in 2025 when I joined the team as a caregiver. Through that experience, I discovered how rewarding it is to support seniors and their families and became passionate about making a difference in the lives of others. I was soon offered the opportunity to join the office team as an Administrator. I embraced the new role and spent about a year growing professionally, learning more about the many moving parts that go into providing exceptional care. I was then given the opportunity to become a Scheduler, a position I gladly accepted. I have truly enjoyed every step of my journey with Home Instead and am grateful for the opportunities to learn, grow, and contribute to such a meaningful mission. I look forward to continuing to serve our clients, support our caregivers, and be part of a team that makes a positive difference every day.
