Lisa Rezner, Franchise Owner, was inspired to become a Home Instead Senior Care Owner because of a personal experience she had in caring for her mom. Lisa had the honor of bringing her mother into her home and providing care for her full time during her illness. At that time, Lisa used a home senior care service to help in the care of her mother. Understanding the value of what Home Instead Senior Care can provide families to care for their loved ones has brought her to partnering with her husband in this ministry. Lisa loves spending time with her husband and four children. She enjoys reading, exercise and crafting. Lisa has a bachelor's degree in child development and a masters in marriage and family therapy. Lisa is also the Director of Weddings at their church. David Rezner, Franchise Owner, has been in the service industry for the last 35 years. He has managed 100-120 employees consistently over the years and been involved with Information Technology as well as been a part of training and development. Several years ago, David was directly involved in the care of his own mother and father. He had decided at that time that senior care was something he had a passion for, and started to look for an organization to partner with. David found Home Instead Senior Care, and decided this was a vehicle for him to provide a solution for adult children who are searching for a compassionate care solution for their aging loved ones. David enjoys the outdoors and active life as well as spending time with his wife and business partner, Lisa along with their four children Andrew, Sara, Jessica, and Hannah.

Stephen brings 25 years of Marketing Management and Director experience to Home Instead, Orange. He spent most of his career in hospitality where he found a real passion for providing excellence in customer service and taking care of guests while growing companies and telling their stories. It was this passion along with the opportunity to enrich and make a difference in our senior's lives that led him to join the Home Instead family. He is actively involved in keeping our branding efforts current in marketing and social media platforms as well as managing our website. Stephen works closely with the administrative staff managing the day-to-day operations as well as working with clients and their families providing care consultations to ensure the best care for our clients. Stephen, alongside his wife Robin have been married for 23 years. They have 5 beautiful children and have a very active household! In his free time, if there is any left over, Stephen enjoys cooking, camping, landscape design and spending time with his family.

Stephanie started part time as a CAREGiver with Home Instead in 2015 while her children were attending high school as the hours were flexible for her needs. Her compassion and love of seniors prompted Stephanie to obtain her CNA certification and worked in a variety of settings to include skilled nursing facilities and hospitals. Eventually she became the Quality Assurance Coordinator for geriatric care and acute care working alongside physicians and nurses to ensure the proper care of patients. After a period in the role of a caregiver, she decided to accept her current role as our Client Care Manager. Stephanie likes to spend time with her husband her three young adult children and extended family. She comes from a large family of 14 children and is third to the youngest. Stephanie is very involved and devoted in her Catholic faith with her husband David who recently became a Deacon in their local church. They are involved in marriage preparation, baptisms, and other ministries with the church. She enjoys the outdoors, bike riding, swimming, reading, and crocheting.

Lisa began with Home Instead Senior Care as a CAREGiver in 2008. She transitioned into the office and now does our scheduling, matching CAREGivers to our Clients. Lisa holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Holy Angel University in the Philippines where she majored in Accounting. She has worked for large corporations such as the San Miguel Corporation and Bank of the Philippine Islands. Lisa is married and has two children and she loves to bake and cook in her spare time. Lisa has a good rapport with our CAREGivers as well as our clients and does a little bit of everything in the office.
