Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and schedule caregivers to meet the needs of senior clients
• Ensure all shifts are properly staffed to provide continuous care
• Monitor client satisfaction and address any concerns proactively

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience. Recent college grads encouraged to apply.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service
• Bilingual in Spanish (preferred)
• Experience in senior care or healthcare is a plus
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Flexibility to assist with after-hours/weekend scheduling needs
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite
