Bill can almost be considered a California native, as he moved here at a very young age. After the Air Force relocated his father from Florida to Southern California, the family moved to Orange County. Bill and his seven siblings grew up in Orange County, close to where he still lives today with his wife, Michelle, and their two grown children. After earning his Master of Healthcare Administration from Loma Linda University, Bill spent the bulk of his career in the healthcare industry where he has worked for medical and behavioral health benefit providers, healthcare consulting firms, and pharmaceutical manufacturers.

Michelle Thomas

Born in Richmond, Virginia, Michelle also moved to Southern California at a young age. She grew up in Orange County and attended high school with Bill. They began dating a few years after high school and have been married since 1993. Bill and Michelle, like most everyone, balanced work and raising two busy kids together - both who today serve Orange County communities - one as a critical care nurse, and the other for a city fire department in their marine safety division. Michelle has worked in the energy industry for her entire career, leading her to recently earn her Master of Science in Energy Policy and Climate from Johns Hopkins University.
