Doreise Oliver, General Manager
With 38 years of experience in Health Care, both in Non-Profit and for-Profit sectors, the General Manager, Doreise Oliver has a solid background in Medical Clinical Operations. She worked as a Clinic Operations Manager for the Cedars Sinai Medical Care Foundation in Beverly Hills, where she oversaw the daily operations of a Primary Care and Multi-Specialty Medical Practice. Her biggest achievement was expanding the medical group from 4 to 45 Primary Care physicians. Later, Doreise became the Medical Clinic Administrator for Devita HealthCare Partners, where She managed a Primary Care and Multi-Specialty Medical Clinic that also offered post discharge care, palliative care, and senior programs. Doreise left her career to take care of her brother who passed away from cancer and their mother who suffered from dementia. She joined Home Instead through an invitation from her brother-in-law, Ken Tabb, a new Franchise owner, who recognized her expertise in Medical Operations and her passion as a caregiver. Besides work, Doreise enjoys cooking and volunteering and serving the elderly.
Stephanie McNaughton, Client Care Ambassador
Stephanie began her employment with Home Instead in 2020 and was initially hired as both a caregiver and Client Ambassador. Her experience in outside sales and customer relations has been a plus for her in the development of her position as Client Ambassador.
As our client and caregiver base grew, Stephanies sole focus has been the development of her role as a Client Ambassador. This role encompasses the timely completion of monthly and quarterly Quality Assurance Assessments.
Stephanie developed a questionnaire which she titled, Know Your Client. This questionnaire was created to assist the caregiver with detailed care instructions pertaining to their new client. The questionnaire is used as a guide to interview a new client or their family members. The information acquired references the details with primary focus on the clients’ daily care needs, schedule, routines, favorite activities, exercise, food preferences, topics of interest, housekeeping tasks, client/family expectations.
When Stephanies mother was diagnosed with Dementia and could no longer live alone, she quit her job in 2013 to help her two sisters care for their mother. Her personal experience caring for friends and family, the 24/7 care of her mother, her positive experience with a home senior care service she and her sisters employed to assist in their mothers’ care, amplified her desire to help those in need of acute or prolonged care.
