DeAnna Mancini

Operations Manager

DeAnna joined us in September 2013 as a Care Professional. She came to us from a unique circumstance, in that she had been using Home Instead in Joplin, MO to care for her mother after her father had been tragically lost in the F5 tornado that devastated the town on 2011. She threw her heart into caregiving and it quickly became clear that her passion for helping others was second to none. She was elevated to CARECounselor in early 2014 and we quickly added the responsibilities of recruiting and retaining excellent Care Professionals like herself. "Her enthusiasm for being a Care Professional and for Home Instead is infectious", stated owner Scott Ehrsam. "She treats the other Care Professionals like family and truly cares for their needs." DeAnna is now overseeing the entire Care Professional experience, ensuring every Care Professional feels valued, appreciated and rewarded for their compassionate work.
