General Manager
Dawn joined our team in June 2017 after spending 13 years in numerous roles at a neighboring Home Instead location. Dawn leads our CAREGiver and administrative teams, and ensures that the day to day functions of Home Instead-Surprise run smoothly. Dawn's vast experience and a deep sense of compassion comes across in each and every phone call, client interaction, and meeting.
Back Office Coordinator
More than 15 years ago Carol found herself in the same position many people find themselves in today, caring for an aging loved one. It was during this time that she discovered the invaluable importance caregivers play in the lives of seniors each and every day. Her commitment and passion for caring for her mother ultimately led her and her husband to purchase a Home Instead office in Grand Rapids, Michigan. In 2018, following 12 successful years providing care for hundreds of families, she and her husband followed their children out West and relocated to Arizona. In May of 2020 she was honored to join the team at Home Instead, Surprise, Arizona and to be able to continue her passion of caring for seniors and their families. In her role as our Back Office Coordinator, Carol assists with numerous behind the scenes tasks as well as answering the phones and greeting visitors.
Service Coordinator
Natalie has a background in the medical field as a Certified Nursing Assistant. Her heart has always been called to take care of people. On our scheduling team, Natalie takes incredible pride in helping both our clients and our wonderful Care Pros.
When Debbie Gross’s dad was diagnosed with dementia, caregiving quickly became part of everyday life for her entire family.
Debbie and her family eventually moved her parents into their home, where she found herself balancing her career, raising her children, caring for her dad and supporting her mom. Then professional caregivers entered their lives.
The relationships they formed, and the support they provided, were profound. Debbie eventually left her career to care for her dad, and after he passed away, she knew she wanted to help other families experience the same kind of support.
Today, Debbie is a Home Instead franchisee in Arizona, helping families understand that asking for help does not have to mean giving up independence.
