Full-Time CNA Caregiver & Training Support – Sun City, AZ

Sun City/Peoria Area

Looking for a compassionate, dependable, and professional CNA to join our team in a full-time position that combines senior caregiving, hands-on training, mentoring, and office support.

This position is ideal for an experienced CNA who enjoys working with seniors and has a passion for teaching, supporting, and mentoring new Caregivers.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on personal care and support to senior clients
• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, meals, and other daily activities
• Provide companionship and help clients maintain their independence
• Complete care documentation and communicate client updates to the office
• Provide hands-on training for new Caregivers
• Provide on-the-job training and mentoring to Caregivers in client homes
• Demonstrate proper caregiving techniques, safety procedures, and client-care expectations
• Support Caregivers as they learn Home Instead policies and procedures
• Assist the office with administrative tasks and other duties when not training or providing client care
• Participate in the office on-call rotation
• Maintain a professional, positive, and supportive work environment

Requirements

• Current CNA certification required
• Minimum of 3 years of caregiving/CNA experience required
• Must be at least 21 years old
• Strong personal-care skills and confidence providing hands-on care
• Ability to teach, demonstrate, and coach others
• Basic computer skills
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel to client homes
• Must be able to commute to Sun City, AZ
• Flexible schedule and availability
• Ability to participate in the on-call rotation
• Legally authorized to work in the United States
• Must successfully pass a background check and required screening
• Dependable, professional, and punctual
• Genuine passion for caring for and supporting seniors
