Home Instead is looking for reliable, caring Care Professionals who are ready and available to work approximately 40 hours per week.

We are especially looking for individuals with open daytime availability OR those who are available for a combination of daytime, evening, and overnight shifts.

What Care Professionals Do

Our Care Professionals provide compassionate, non-medical support to seniors in their homes, including:

  • Companionship and conversation

  • Meal preparation and light housekeeping

  • Medication reminders

  • Transportation and errands

  • Alzheimer's and dementia support

  • Assistance with personal care

  • Mobility and safety support

  • Helping clients remain independent and comfortable at home

No prior caregiving experience is required. We provide paid training and ongoing support to help you succeed.

What You Need

  • Your own reliable vehicle

  • Valid driver's license

  • Current auto insurance

  • Ability to pass a background check, motor vehicle report, and drug screen

  • Dependability and a strong work ethic

  • A compassionate, patient, and respectful approach to working with seniors

  • Flexibility and willingness to work based on client scheduling needs
