Are you an experienced caregiver who takes pride in doing more than just completing a shift?

Home Instead is looking for dependable, compassionate, experienced caregivers who want to build meaningful relationships with seniors and make a real difference in their daily lives.

We are looking for caregivers who are comfortable providing personal care, companionship, dementia care, mobility assistance, meal preparation, medication reminders, and hands-on support in a client's home.

If you're reliable, professional, comfortable with personal care, and take pride in providing exceptional senior care—we want to meet you.

What We Need From You

• 1+ year of professional caregiving experience preferred
• CNA, HHA, DSP, home care, assisted living, memory care, or similar experience
• Age 21+
• Valid driver's license
• Reliable vehicle and current auto insurance
• Clean driving record
• Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screening
• Dependable attendance and punctuality
• Comfortable providing personal care
• Able to work independently and follow a care plan
• Available to consistently work at least 12 hours per week

What You'll Do

• Provide companionship and meaningful conversation
• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Assist with mobility and transfers
• Prepare meals and perform light housekeeping
• Provide medication reminders
• Provide Alzheimer's and dementia care
• Accompany clients to appointments and errands
• Help seniors remain safe and independent at home
