Home Instead is seeking caring individuals to join our team serving seniors throughout Buckeye, Goodyear, and surrounding West Valley communities.

Whether you have professional caregiving experience or experience caring for a loved one, we provide training and support to help you succeed.

Main Duties

• Provide companionship and conversation to seniors
• Help with light housekeeping and meal preparation
• Give medication and appointment reminders
• Assist clients with Alzheimer's or dementia care
• Treat seniors respectfully and professionally
• Communicate in a friendly, caring manner

Requirements

• Pass a background check, driving record check, and drug screening
• Have a valid driver's license and auto insurance
• Must be 21 yrs +
