Are you passionate about delivering exceptional care and ensuring quality in a compassionate home care environment? Home Instead in Goodyear, AZ is looking for a detail-oriented, proactive Full-Time Client Care Advisor to join our growing team!
Schedule & Pay
- Full-time
- Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM (with occasional on-call duties)

What You’ll Do
- Oversee quality, accuracy, and compliance of client care services and documentation
- Develop and update care plans based on client needs
- Educate and support caregivers and families to improve outcomes
- Monitor client satisfaction and resolve concerns quickly and compassionately
- Conduct quality assurance audits and report trends to leadership
- Drive continuous improvement in care delivery and caregiver performance
- Partner with the team to keep clients safe, supported, and at home
What We’re Looking For
- 2–3+ years in home health, home care, hospice, or healthcare quality/compliance
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- Excellent communication (written & verbal)
- Experience with EMR systems (Homecare Homebase, AlayaCare, MatrixCare, or similar)
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
