Co-owner of Home Instead Senior Care in Hot Springs, Hot Springs Village, and Benton, AR. Jennifer also works as President of Operations for Home Instead Senior Care in Little Rock and Searcy, AR. Jennifer serves as a contributing member of the Home Care Association of America and is on the Board of Directors for the local Home Care Association of Arkansas. Originally from Omaha, Ne, Jennifer moved to Hot Springs Village in May 2017 to pursue her passion of owning her own business while serving a mission of enhancing the lives of aging adults and their families. Jennifer works to educate professionals, families, and communities on issues older adults face. She has a special passion for helping families navigate the challenges of dementia caregiving and connecting them with valuable resources. Jennifer is a local resident of Hot Springs Village and is happily married with three children who attend Fountain Lake.

Client Care Manager

Lance McClure has been with Home Instead Senior Care for six years. As a Client Care Manager, Lance is the facilitator for client services, championing clients from their first day with Home Instead to their last. He evaluates every client's individual needs and finds the best CAREGiver fit for them, working both in the field and the office to ensure they receive the best care. Lance believes his position is more than a title or a job; he came to Home Instead for the opportunity to help others, particularly the seniors whose lives and stories teach him something valuable every day, and he loves becoming part of their families. Born here in Arkansas, Lance has spent most of his life in the natural state . He has a daughter and son-in-law, and his first granddaughter was born in 2022. Hailey Humphreys -Lead Service Coordinator

Hailey Humphreys -Lead Service Coordinator

Hailey was born and raised in Hot Springs, Arkansas. She comes to Home Instead with a background in healthcare from having worked at UAMS, and Baptist. Her skills were utilized in several different positions during her time there. Hailey was raised on Humphrey's Dairy Farm in Hot Springs, AR and has a passion for animals, farming, and general outdoors. Alexis Farver

Recruitment & Engagement Coordinator

Alexis was born and raised in Little Rock, Arkansas. Alexis strives to do her very best every day and prides herself on not being a quitter. Alexis enjoys spending time with her dog, "Toby' and traveling to Missouri to visit family. In January, she is starting classes for Criminal Justice and plans to have a career in that field one day. Alexis started as a caregiver with Home Instead and was quickly promoted within the company. Her dedication and commitment to the seniors in our community is truly heartwarming.

Financial Manager

Originally from Beebe, Arkansas Carrie earned her Doctorate of Pharmacy at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences before becoming a pharmacist. With over 25 years of experience working with home health patients, Carrie was drawn to Home Instead by our mission for keeping seniors comfortable in their homes, and her passion for helping people. Corporate Trainer

Having been an advocate for the senior community for over 14 years, Dani brings passion and values to the fore front. She has provided care at many different levels and understands the importance of person-centered support. As Corporate Trainer she is excited about making a difference and continuing to build relationships in her community. She has been a resident of Benton her entire life and values the friendships she has built this far. She enjoys supporting her son, Jaquese, in his high school football career- GO PANTHERS! Lest we forget her fur baby "BoBo", who may indeed believe that he is human. Originally from Evansville, Indiana, Austin attended the University of Southern Indiana and majored in Biology. Austin joined Home Instead in 2021 as the general manager in Fayetteville, AR. He now holds the title of Corporate Director of Finance. His responsibilities include overseeing the billing and payroll departments. Hannah Humphreys

Director of Service Coordination and CarePro Services

Hannah Humphreys started working at Home Instead in 2020. Hannah holds the title of Director of Service Coordination and CarePro Services. The main responsibilities of her position include overseeing daily operations to all our Service Coordinators to ensure all processes run smoothly, efficiently and in order. Her responsibilities also include overseeing the recruitment, onboarding, and development of Caregivers into Care Professionals for our offices. Her goal is to make sure that Home Instead has the highest quality Care Professionals in the home care industry. Hannah was born and raised in Hot Springs, Arkansas. Hannah is married to her best friend and lifelong partner. When she is not working, her life is dedicated to her precious daughter Paisley and her very well-loved animals Kitty, Sugar, and Luna.
