Owners

Paul and Ashley Fry are proud owners of the Home Instead office serving Jonesboro and the surrounding communities. Their passion is helping older adults age with dignity, independence, and compassion while providing families with trusted, personalized care. Paul has been dedicated to the senior care industry since 2008, building a career focused on serving older adults and supporting families through every stage of aging. In 2018, Paul and Ashley purchased the Conway, Arkansas, Home Instead franchise from Paul’s father, Dan Fry, who had successfully owned and operated the office for 12 years. Building on that family legacy, they have continued to grow a culture of compassionate, relationship-centered care. In February 2020, Paul and Ashley expanded their commitment to serving seniors by purchasing the Home Instead franchise serving Jonesboro, Arkansas. Their vision has been to build upon the office’s strong foundation while continuing to provide exceptional in-home care, support local families, and make a lasting impact in the communities they serve. They are committed to recruiting and developing outstanding Care Professionals who share their passion for enriching the lives of older adults. Before entering the senior care industry, Paul began his nursing career at Arkansas Children’s Hospital, where he developed a strong foundation in compassionate, high-quality patient care. He continues to maintain his Registered Nurse (RN) license, bringing valuable clinical knowledge and healthcare experience to each Home Instead office. Paul and Ashley are the proud parents of two sons. As a family, they believe that caring for others is more than a profession—it is a calling. They lead their Home Instead teams with the values of compassion, integrity, respect, and excellence, striving to make a meaningful difference in the lives of every client, family, and Care Professional they serve. Paul and Ashley are honored to serve the Jonesboro community and look forward to building lasting relationships with local families while delivering the trusted, compassionate care that Home Instead is known for.

Client Care Advisor

Kristin serves as a Client Care Advisor for Home Instead in Jonesboro, where she is dedicated to helping aging adults and their families navigate the care journey with confidence and compassion. She works closely with current clients, conducts care plan visits, and assists new clients through the onboarding process to ensure they receive the personalized support they need to remain safe and independent at home. With a passion for serving others and a strong commitment to building meaningful relationships, Kristin takes pride in being a trusted resource for clients and their families. Her caring approach, attention to detail, and dedication to quality care help ensure every client receives the support and advocacy they deserve. Outside of work, Kristin has been married to her husband, Tim, for 12 years and is the proud mother of four children. She enjoys spending time with her family, working hard, helping others, and taking advantage of Arkansas's great outdoors, including deer hunting. At Home Instead, Kristin is honored to be part of a team whose mission is to enhance the lives of aging adults and their families through compassionate, professional care.

Administrative Assistant

Ashley recently joined the Home Instead team as an Administrative Assistant, where she plays an important role in supporting daily operations and helping ensure exceptional service for clients, families, and caregivers. She enjoys being part of a team dedicated to enhancing the lives of aging adults and takes pride in helping the office run efficiently and effectively. She brings a diverse professional background that includes administration, customer service, healthcare, and retail leadership. Her experience has helped her develop strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to providing outstanding support to both clients and colleagues. Known for her positive attitude and dedication to teamwork, Ashley is passionate about delivering excellent service and contributing to the success of the Home Instead mission. She values building relationships, helping others, and creating a welcoming experience for everyone she serves. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family and is committed to continual personal and professional growth through ongoing learning and development. Terry Simmons

Terry Simmons

Business Development Advisor

Terry Simmons serves as a Business Development Advisor for Home Instead in Jonesboro, where he is dedicated to helping aging adults and their families connect with the care and support they need to remain safe, comfortable, and independent at home. With a unique blend of healthcare experience, relationship-building skills, and a heart for service, Terry works closely with healthcare professionals, community partners, and families to raise awareness of the compassionate care Home Instead provides. Terry has been involved in the healthcare industry since graduating from nursing school in 1997 and brings more than 30 years of sales and marketing experience to his role. His diverse professional background allows him to understand the challenges families face when seeking care and to serve as a trusted resource throughout the decision-making process. As a retired pastor and U.S. Army Reserve veteran, Terry is especially sensitive to the needs of individuals and families who want to preserve their independence while maintaining the highest quality of life. His commitment to serving others and building meaningful relationships aligns closely with Home Instead’s mission of enhancing the lives of aging adults and their families. Terry and his wife, Sami, have been happily married for nearly 40 years. Together they enjoy spending time with their three children and grandchildren on their hobby farm located on Crowley’s Ridge. In his free time, Terry enjoys hunting, fishing, research, drone piloting, and participating in amateur radio activities. Terry is proud to represent Home Instead and help families find personalized care solutions that provide peace of mind and support for every stage of aging.

Recruitment and Engagement Coordinator

Nicole serves as the Recruitment and Engagement Coordinator for Home Instead in Jonesboro, where she is passionate about attracting, supporting, and retaining exceptional caregivers who make a meaningful difference in the lives of aging adults and their families. She is dedicated to building strong relationships with caregivers and creating a positive employment experience that reflects Home Instead’s commitment to compassionate care. With more than 20 years of experience in customer service, care coordination, workforce development, and administrative leadership, Nicole brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to her role. Throughout her career, she has been committed to helping people succeed by providing support, guidance, and solutions that foster growth and positive outcomes. Nicole is known for her compassionate approach, strong leadership skills, and ability to connect with others. Whether she is recruiting new team members, mentoring caregivers, coordinating resources, or addressing challenges, she leads with empathy, integrity, and a genuine desire to serve others. Faith, family, personal growth, and community are at the center of Nicole’s life and work. She strives to bring these values into every interaction, helping create a culture where caregivers feel valued, supported, and empowered to provide exceptional care. Kaylee serves as a Registered Nurse for Home Instead in Jonesboro, where she is dedicated to helping aging adults maintain their independence, safety, and quality of life in the comfort of their own homes. She believes that compassion, teamwork, and kindness are the foundation of exceptional care and strives to make a positive difference in the lives of clients and their families every day. With more than 10 years of experience across a variety of healthcare settings, Kaylee brings a broad clinical background and a deep commitment to serving others. Throughout her nursing career, she has focused on providing high-quality, person-centered care while collaborating with families, caregivers, and healthcare professionals to achieve the best possible outcomes. Since joining Home Instead, Kaylee has discovered a renewed passion for helping older adults thrive at home. She enjoys building meaningful relationships with clients and supporting care teams in delivering compassionate, individualized care that promotes dignity, comfort, and independence. Outside of work, Kaylee stays busy with her husband, Kevin, and their two boys. She enjoys reading a good book, thrifting, and being actively involved in her community. Most often, however, you can find her cheering from the sidelines at one of her sons’ ball games.
