Jennifer also works as President of Operations for Home Instead Senior Care in Little Rock and Searcy, AR. Jennifer serves as a contributing member of the Home Care Association of America and is on the Board of Directors for the local Home Care Association of Arkansas. Originally from Omaha, Nebraska , Jennifer moved to Hot Springs Village in May 2017 to pursue her passion of owning her own business while serving a mission of enhancing the lives of aging adults and their families. Jennifer works to educate professionals, families, and communities on issues older adults face. She has a special passion for helping families navigate the challenges of dementia caregiving and connecting them with valuable resources. Jennifer is a local resident of Hot Springs Village and is happily married with three children who attend Fountain Lake.

Alex Hughes previously worked for an assisted living facility for 16 years before joining Home Instead as our Director of Community & Client Care. His goals are to be a better version of himself each day and to be a leader in the community he serves. With 20 years of experience in caregiving and administrative assistant roles, Rondah Williamson brings a wealth of knowledge and compassion to her position as a Caregiver Mentor. Originally from Natchez, Mississippi, Rondah has a deep-rooted passion for helping others and has spent her career supporting individuals in need. Beyond her professional life, Rondah is a dedicated mother of two beautiful children. In her free time, she enjoys spending quality moments with family and friends, exploring unique destinations on motorcycle trips, and nurturing her garden. Rondah's warm personality and diverse interests make her a valued member of the team and a cherished mentor to her peers.

Originally from Beebe, Arkansas Carrie earned her Doctorate of Pharmacy at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences before becoming a pharmacist. With over 25 years of experience working with home health patients, Carrie was drawn to Home Instead by our mission for keeping seniors comfortable in their homes, and her passion for helping people. Having been an advocate for the senior community for over 14 years, Dani brings passion and values to the fore front. She has provided care at many different levels and understands the importance of person-centered support. As Corporate Trainer she is excited about making a difference and continuing to build relationships in her community. She has been a resident of Benton her entire life and values the friendships she has built this far. She enjoys supporting her son, Jaquese, in his high school football career- GO PANTHERS! Lest we forget her fur baby "BoBo", who may indeed believe that he is human. Originally from Evansville, Indiana, Austin attended the University of Southern Indiana and majored in Biology. Austin joined Home Instead in 2021 as the general manager in Fayetteville, AR. He now holds the title of Corporate Director of Finance. His responsibilities include overseeing the billing and payroll departments. Felicia L. Buckner, a Malvern native, has a strong background in healthcare and public service. She became a Certified Nursing Assistant in 2001, earned her Medical Assistant in 2020, and has been a commissioned Notary Public since 2016. Felicia brings well-rounded experience across multiple patient care and support settings, along with a strong background in scheduling and Recruitment & Retention from her time as a Volunteer Coordinator with Gentiva Hospice. She is known for her compassionate approach, attention to detail, and ability to build meaningful connections with patients and families. Outside of work, Felicia is a proud mother of two daughters and a loving MiMi to her grand dogs, KoKo & Binjii. Felicia enjoys spending time with her family and appreciating the simple things in life.
