Todd comes to us with a background in when i got our of high school i went to the army and was a ranger in special forces. i came home and went to paramedic school and have been a paramedic for over 30 years.. For Todd, the reward is in the connection. "I feel like I honor my parents by helping older people stay in their home. I treat every client like my own parents. Getting to share my time and stories with them and getting to hear their life stories," Todd shares. Through these shared moments, Todd has learned valuable life lessons, noting, "Life is really short and goes by faster as you get older. To always live and love the people that are important to you because tomorrow isn't promised."
Todd's daily goal is simple: ensure every client feels safe, comfortable, and cared for. Skilled in i feel like with my background i can handle it all and i'm able to communicate with family members very well., Todd finds joy in the details of each visit. "When I get to do QA visits with my clients and see their face light up when I walk in to see them. Getting to hear about their week and tell them about mine," Todd says of a typical day.

Our care Pro's are truly amazing and have a heart like nothing I have ever seen," Todd notes. "We are one big family, and we take care of each other and our clients no matter what the needs are!."
