Her favorite part of the role is conducting interviews and being the first smiling face Care Pros meet at Home Instead. Outside of work, Kayla enjoys spending time with her husband and four children, Blaine, Anna, Blakely, and Marley. Their two dogs, Jagger and Dottie, keep life interesting, and most weekends you can find her in a basketball gym or on a softball field supporting her children in whatever sport they are playing.

He began his healthcare career as an Emergency Medical Dispatcher before becoming an EMT and Paramedic, eventually spending 18 years as a Certified Flight Paramedic providing critical care throughout Arkansas and the surrounding region. Today, as Business Development Advisor, Adam partners with healthcare providers, senior living communities, veterans’ organizations, and other community partners throughout Central Arkansas. He is passionate about helping older adults remain safe, independent, and comfortable at home while guiding families through their care options. Adam believes great care begins with listening, building relationships, and treating every family with compassion, dignity, and respect. Born and raised in Clinton, Arkansas, she grew up valuing kindness, compassion, and helping others—values that led her to nursing school and a career in senior care. For Kimberly, caring for others, especially the elderly, is more than a career; it is a calling. As a Scheduling Coordinator, Kimberly supports both clients and Care Pros, helping ensure clients receive compassionate, dependable care while caregivers feel supported. She is proud to be part of a team that makes a meaningful difference every day. Outside of work, Kimberly enjoys spending time with her husband of 10 years and their three children, Steven, Harper, and Stephanie. Their little hobby farm, along with their Blue Heeler, Ruger, keeps life busy and fun. The family enjoys camping, attending football and basketball games, and making memories together. Kimberly believes caring for others begins with kindness, dignity, and respect and is grateful to have a career that allows her to make a positive difference every day.

Ashli coordinates caregiver schedules, supports clients and staff, and helps ensure quality care is delivered efficiently. Before joining the office team, she worked as a Caregiver with Home Instead and is also a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA). Her firsthand caregiving experience and clinical knowledge give her a unique understanding of both client and Care Pro needs. Originally from Mississippi, Ashli now proudly calls Arkansas home, where she enjoys raising her two children. Outside of work, she loves spending time with family, gaming, water activities, and arts and crafts. Her home is always full of life with her dog, Millie, and cat, Ash. Ashli is passionate about helping others, building positive relationships, and finding solutions that support both clients and coworkers. She has a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and dedication to everything she does.

Katy serves as our Finance and Billing Assistant, providing essential support to our financial operations and helping ensure our clients and team members receive the highest level of service. She manages long-term care and Medicaid billing, processes employment verifications, and assists with invoices and payroll. Her attention to detail, dedication, and passion for helping others make her an invaluable part of our Home Instead team. Outside of the office, Katy enjoys spending time outdoors and appreciating the beauty of nature. She is the proud mother of a daughter and loves cheering for her on the softball field. Whether she's watching a game, exploring the outdoors, or spending quality time with her family, Katy treasures making lasting memories with the people she loves most.

Mike Brownfield joined our Home Instead team in June 2025, bringing years of invaluable network experience and a deep passion for senior care. His journey with Home Instead began in 2019 at the corporate level, where he supported the franchisor in key operations roles as a coach, advisor, consultant, and director. Transitioning to the Paul Fry organization has allowed Mike to directly impact communities across Arkansas, Oklahoma, and Nebraska. This move holds special personal significance for him, as the team proudly extends high-quality care to seniors in his own hometown of Cozad, Nebraska. Outside of his professional life, Mike prioritizes staying active and enjoying the outdoors. He is also the proud father of two children.

Kelley serves as the Human Resources Director, bringing years of experience in human resources and business operations to her role. While she is new to the home care industry, Kelley and her husband were longtime business owners, where she managed many of the same HR responsibilities she handles today. She enjoys meeting new people, building meaningful relationships, and most of all, helping others. Kelley is passionate about supporting employees and creating a positive experience for both the team and the people they serve. Outside of work, family is at the center of Kelley’s life. She has been married for 26 years, and together they have six children and plenty of grandchildren who keep them busy. She loves following them to their sporting events and cheering them on, and she is also a big Razorback basketball and baseball fan. When she’s not working or spending time with family, Kelley enjoys taking long road trips, getting off the beaten path, and exploring new places. Her spoiled dog, Hank, is also a big part of the family and seems convinced he’s human.

Tim is devoted to ensuring every client receives the highest quality of care possible. He works closely with Client Care Advisors and Registered Nurses across all locations to ensure each care plan is thoughtful, safe, and personalized, while supporting Care Pros in providing compassionate, dependable service. Outside of work, Tim’s faith and family are at the center of his life. He enjoys spending time with his wife of seven years and their three boys, working on the farm, exploring new places, and making memories together. Tim is honored to serve his community with compassion, excellence, and a genuine commitment to helping others live well and thrive.

Originally from Mount Vernon, Arkansas, she began her Home Instead career as a Care Professional shortly after high school, driven by a passion for helping others. Today, she serves as an Administrative Assistant, where she enjoys supporting clients, families, and Care Pros and making a positive difference each day. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her dog, Toby, and making the most of her free time.

Morgan is dedicated to ensuring each client receives personalized, high-quality care tailored to their unique needs. As a trusted advocate and primary point of contact for clients and their families, Morgan provides guidance, support, and clear communication throughout their care journey. Through regular quality assurance visits, Morgan helps maintain high standards of care while coordinating client services to create a seamless and compassionate experience. Outside of work, Morgan enjoys anything involving the water, from river rafting and fishing to relaxing outdoors. Morgan also loves thrifting, discovering hidden treasures, and taking spontaneous road trips. Above all, Morgan’s greatest joy is spending time with her son, who is her number one priority and biggest inspiration.
