Owner

Braddock Wilson, originally from Hartselle, Alabama, is the owner of Home Instead Mobile & Baldwin County. After attending Troy University, he moved to Mobile with his wife to start a family. Drawing on his diverse experiences across multiple industries, Braddock has seamlessly integrated this knowledge into providing the highest quality in-home care services available in Mobile and Baldwin counties, ensuring that every client receives compassionate and personalized support tailored to their unique needs. Braddock has been married for 11 years and is the proud father of three children, who are the most important part of his life. He and his family are deeply involved in their church, Eastern Shore Presbyterian (PCA), where their faith and community are central to their lives. Braddock's passion for home care began after his grandmother passed away. "Our family had to begin the process of ensuring my grandfather could remain comfortable at home while getting the daily help he needed to thrive at his age." He is passionate about delivering compassionate, high-quality care to seniors, with a commitment to making a positive difference in the lives of the families served by the business. Suzanne has been working at Home Instead since 2020 and is deeply passionate about helping clients and collaborating closely with caregivers. Originally born and raised in Texas, Suzanne moved to Alabama in 2010. Married with seven children and three grandchildren, Suzanne enjoys a lively household, especially during football season when allegiances are split between Texas and Alabama teams. When not working, Suzanne loves spending time at the beach and traveling with family. Suzanne is also an active member of Cross Point Baptist Church in Citronelle.

Office Coordinator

Kayla Auen serves as an Office Coordinator at Home Instead. Originally from Robertsdale, Alabama, she takes pride in her roots and the values of hard work and community that shape who she is today. She is currently a student pursuing her bachelor's degree with plans to continue her education and earn a master's degree in healthcare adminstration. She is passionate about the healthcare industry and aspires to make a meaningful impact through effective leadership and management. She strives to apply her skills both in and outside of the classroom, and she is excited to continue growing professionally as she pursues her career in healthcare.

Maricela is married and the proud mother of five children and grandmother to seventeen grandchildren. Her strong family values and caring nature shine through in the support she provides to both our clients and caregivers every day. She loves being part of this community and is passionate about helping seniors maintain their independence, dignity, and quality of life. Maricela’s experience, leadership, and genuine heart for caregiving make her an important part of our team and a trusted resource for the families we serve.

Born in Birmingham, Becky relocated to the area in 2021 and quickly became involved in the local community she now proudly calls home. As a mother of two, Becky understands the importance of compassion, connection, and dependable care. She is passionate about supporting our seniors and their families, ensuring each client receives the attention, communication, and personalized care they deserve. Becky plays an important role in caring for our clients throughout Baldwin County and is dedicated to building strong relationships with the families we serve. Her caring personality and commitment to the community make her a valued part of our team.

Client Care Advisor for Mobile County, AL

Rachel Rossman is a Client Care Advisor at Home Instead, where she serves as the primary sales representative for the Mobile area. Originally from Crown Point, Indiana, Rachel came to Mobile to attend the University of South Alabama where she was a member of the Jaguar volleyball team. After earning her master's degree, Rachel is excited to begin her professional career and pursue her passion for connecting people. Her outgoing personality, strong communication skills, and genuine desire to help others make her a trusted resource for families navigating the aging journey. Outside of work, Rachel enjoys staying active, going to the beach as much as possible, and spending meaningful time with family and friends.

Jordan Rayburn, originally from Waveland, MS, is the Office Administrator at Home Instead. She is passionate about helping others succeed and grow. With a Bachelor's Degree in Health Services Administration and experience as a four-year college volleyball player, Jordan embodies teamwork, dedication, and perseverance. She values her family and friends deeply and spends much of her time with them. Jordan is committed to fostering meaningful connections by matching compassionate caregivers with opportunities to make a difference in the lives of others.
