Position Overview
Home Instead is seeking compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our growing team in Mobile, AL. In this role, you will provide personalized, in-home care to seniors, helping them maintain independence, dignity, and quality of life. Key Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Provide mobility assistance and safe transfers
• Support meal preparation and light housekeeping
• Monitor and report changes in client condition
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Follow individualized care plans and agency policies

Qualifications

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
• Current TB test and/or ability to obtain
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to pass background check and drug screening
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Compassionate, reliable, and professional demeanor
