Home Instead is seeking a compassionate, dependable, and high-character Full-Time/Part-Time Caregiver to join our team in Mobile, Alabama. This role is ideal for someone who understands that caregiving is meaningful, important work—and who takes pride in serving others with excellence.

Position Details

• Schedule: 6-12 hour shifts

• Status: Full-time/Part-time

• Consistency: Steady, reliable schedule

• Start Date: Immediate

• Pay Range:$11–$15 per hour, based on experience

Who We’re Looking For

• Patient, reliable, and compassionate

• Someone who shows up, follows through, and takes responsibility

• Able to build genuine, respectful relationships with clients

• Willing to commit to a consistent full-time schedule

• Teachable and open to ongoing training and growth

• Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and auto insurance

Primary Responsibilities

• Provide meaningful companionship and conversation

• Assist with light housekeeping and meal preparation

• Offer medication and appointment reminders

• Support clients with Alzheimer’s and dementia care

• Treat clients and their homes with dignity, respect, and care

• Communicate clearly, kindly, and professionally

• Safely transport clients when required

No prior caregiving experience required.
