We are looking for CAREGivers who are COMPASSIONATE and DEPENDABLE in the Champaign/Urbana areas. We want team players that are passionate about enhancing the lives of the aging.
A HOMEINSTEAD CAREGIVER MUST:
-Be able to pass extensive Criminal background check and drug screening process.
-Have a clean driving record, must have reliable transportation, a current driver’s license and car insurance and must be 21 years old.
-Be willing to pick up last minute shifts if they fall within your defined availability.
-Have a Passion to treat and care for seniors and their property with dignity and respect
-Ability to communicate with clients in a friendly and congenial manner
-Able to lift 25 lbs.

The Recruitment and Engagement Coordinator is expected to perform a variety of duties for the recruitment of CAREGiversSM. The Recruitment and Engagement Coordinator is expected to recruit, screen, hire, train, and engage a staff of CAREGivers in order to provide the highest quality service to clients.
