Home Instead (corporate) did a wonderful job handling the awful situation last year where a pregnant employee was held hostage for 8 minutes by the FORMER franchise owner. It took them less than a week’s investigation to immediately terminate her ownership. They took the whole situation incredibly seriously for both clients and employees safety and well being. Beautiful job! Definitely give this place a chance. Jennifer Hanna is GONE. New owner has done wonders with making it a safe and inclusive environment for staff and clients alike. They own other locations and have a great track record for providing care. Don’t let the FORMER owners disgusting behavior deter you from seeking care here.

New owners, Jennifer is gone. Give this place a chance, the new owner has an excellent track record for being a good caregiver, and she owns multiple other locations which are equally well-regarded. Good luck to the new owners, thank you for taking good care of our family members.

Hope you guys can recover from the mess she made, good luck!
