Samuel's focus is on community awareness in the El Paso area. Samuel is the point person for in-home care consultations when a family requests more information on in-home care for their loved one. He works hard to make families feel comfortable with this new transition into their home. With a background in mental health and a licensed professional counselor, he strives for families to find balance in being the caregiver and also being the son or daughter. Samuel received his bachelor's degree from Abilene Christian University and his master's from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary.
Brandy's main focus is on the internal office management, including caregiver hiring and training, client accounts, and human resources. Brandy believes that the key to success in client's homes is the training and importance that caregivers feel while working in a field that they can feel purposeful. She believes that a company of this nature must be run as professional as possible for true success to occur. Brandy's background is business management and marketing. Brandy received her bachelor's degree from Abilene Christian University.
Cecilia serves as the main office contact for all CAREGiver and Client needs. She works hard to make sure schedules are consistent and accurate and that the right "match" is being found. She makes alterations and adjustments as needed so that they relationship between CAREGiver and Client is positive and the best care is being received. Kendall's main position is to hire quality caregivers for our client's homes. She is the point person for bringing potential caregivers in for interviews and assisting staff in making the decision on final hiring. Kendall normally works 1-5 p.m. Monday- Friday, as she also serves as a CAREGiver herself. We feel being a CAREGiver is the most important position in our office, so Kendall assists in this position so that she can better relate and meet with our staff and other CAREGivers. Kris has served as a CAREGiver with our office since the day we opened and has worked in this field for most of her life. She believes in total quality care and her passion is seen in her work. She serves as our Lead CAREGiver so that she can give constructive feedback to CAREGivers to make sure our product is never dilluted. She also assists with our retention by visting clients in their homes and making sure they are happy with our assistance.
Allen serves as our Home Care Consultant who brings awareness to the need of quality care being available for seniors in their home. His outreach is to hospitals, nursing homes, doctors and nurses. He enjoys explaining how adding weekly assistance in the home can make a big difference in the quality of life for seniors as they age, and the family that takes care of them.
Jesus serves as the On-Call Supervisor and his main priority is making sure clients and CAREGivers can reach our office outside of our normal business hours. As a 24-hour company, he is greatly appreciated for his hard work and dedication to quality care...no matter the time of day.
