Samuel's focus is on community awareness in the El Paso area. Samuel is the point person for in-home care consultations when a family requests more information on in-home care for their loved one. He works hard to make families feel comfortable with this new transition into their home. With a background in mental health and a licensed professional counselor, he strives for families to find balance in being the caregiver and also being the son or daughter. Samuel received his bachelor's degree from Abilene Christian University and his master's from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary.
Brandy's main focus is on the internal office management, including caregiver hiring and training, client accounts, and human resources. Brandy believes that the key to success in client's homes is the training and importance that caregivers feel while working in a field that they can feel purposeful. She believes that a company of this nature must be run as professional as possible for true success to occur. Brandy's background is business management and marketing. Brandy received her bachelor's degree from Abilene Christian University.
Kendall's main position is to hire quality caregivers for our clients' homes and work with all new caregivers to ensure a smooth hiring process. She is the point person for bringing potential caregivers in for interviews and assisting staff in making the decision on final hiring. Kendall works full-time in our office and meets with clients and caregivers to make sure both parties are pleased with the caregiving transition. Kendall was originally hired as a CAREGiver herself and relates well to both the client and CAREGiver side of our office. Sylvia works hard to educate the El Paso community on how in-home care works and how it can benefit families and the medical field who are unsure of options for elderly. She is in charge of all event planning including our "Be a Santa to a Senior" program held annually. She works in the office M-F from 8-noon and out in the field her other hours. Bernadette is our point person for all scheduling matters between office staff, CAREGivers, and clients. Her main focus is making sure all details regarding scheduling occur and that staff, clients and CAREGivers are all on the same page for weekly schedules. This is not an easy feat! Jesus serves as the On-Call Supervisor and his main priority is making sure clients and CAREGivers can reach our office outside of our normal business hours. As a 24-hour company, he is greatly appreciated for his hard work and dedication to quality care...no matter the time of day.
