​Samuel and Brandy are the owners of Home Instead Senior Care of El Paso. We desire to see our community seniors stay in their own homes and ultimately make life more comfortable for both them as well as their children, grandchildren and friends. Life is beautiful and there is no reason that the challenges of aging cannot be seen as opportunities. We truly believe in the valuing of our seniors and remembering what they have done to raise us up to the people we are today.

El Paso is a tight-knit community where families love and respect our elders. We do too.  With our grandfather currently receiving care in his home, we have seen some amazing positive changes for our entire family. That is what makes this company personal to us.

​Daniel serves as the main office contact for all CAREGiver and Client needs. He works hard to make sure schedules are consistent and accurate and that the right "match" is being found. He makes alterations and adjustments as needed so that they relationship between CAREGiver and Client is positive and the best care is being received. ​Allen serves as the person who brings awareness to the need of quality care being available for seniors in their home. He enjoys explaining how adding weekly assistance in the home can make a big difference in the quality of life for seniors as they age, and the family that takes care of them.

Kris Serna, Quality Supervisor and Lead CAREGiver

​Kris has served as a CAREGiver with our office since the day we opened and has worked in this field for most of her life. She believes in total quality care and her passion is seen in her work. She serves as our Lead CAREGiver so that she can give constructive feedback to CAREGivers to make sure our product is never dilluted. She also assists with our retention by visting clients in their homes and making sure they are happy with our assistance.

Daneida Ferrera, On-Call Supervisor

​Daneida serves as the On-Call Supervisor and her main priority is making sure clients and CAREGivers can reach our office outside of our normal business hours. As a 24-hour company, she is greatly appreciated for her hard work and dedication to quality care...no matter the time of day.
