Richard and Lauren Langevin, Franchise Owners, have first-hand experience working with seniors, so they understand the support clients and their families when choosing the senior care that best suit their needs.  They are committed to providing the highest quality in-home care service to the seniors in our community to ensure they can live safely and comfortabaly in their own homes.

Richard and Lauren sit on the Executive Committee of the 4C (Community Cross Continuum Collaborative).  Lauren, a Certified Dementia Practioner, is co-chair of the  Southeastern Massachusetts Alzheimer's Partnership and is a member of Dementia Friendly Fall River and Dementia Friends Massachusetts.

Erica Camara - Director, Client Care Services

Erica Camara - Director, Client Care Services

Erica has over 17 years of experience working in the healthcare field, focusing on serving the needs of seniors.  As the Director of Client Care Services she is responsible for ensuring each client receives the high quality care they deserve.  She coordinates services with clinicians and families to develop indivualized care plans to meet the specific needs of each client. In addition, Erica is experienced in working with Alzheimer's and dementia clients and hospice clients.  She is a Certified Dementia Practioner.   

Samia Melo - Client Care Manager

Samia Melo - Client Care Manager

​Samia has been a member of the Home Instead family since 2014, but her passion for taking care of seniors can be traced back to 2007 when she became a certified nursing assistant and patient care technician.  In addition, Samia is an entrepreneur and business owner.  Combining her experience in healthcare, business management, and her love for helping seniors, Samia brings both knowledge and compassion to the Home Instead team.  Samia takes exceptional pride in providing the best care possible to every senior she has worked with over the past 13 years.  

Samia lives in Dartmouth with her husband, Jamie, and her three sons, Adam, Elias, and Joshua, and her dog, Judah.  When she is not taking care of her beloved seniors and family, Samia loves to travel the world.

Cheralyn Tucker - Director of Finance

Cheralyn Tucker - Director of Finance

Cheralyn manages the financial and operational aspects of the company, including billing and payroll.  Before joining Home Instead, Cheralyn worked in the finance department of Beth Israel Hospital in Boston.  She lives in Taunton with her husband and two children.

Jackie Bates - Recruitment Coordinator

​Jackie has over 20 years of experience in Human Resources.  She is responsible for recruiting, interviewing, hiring our new CAREGivers.  She also maintains State and Federal compliance regulations. Jackie has 3 children and 5 grandchildren.

Gloria Bancroft - Director, Human Resources

Gloria Bancroft - Director, Human Resources

Gloria joined the Home Instead team in May 2016.  A graduate of Bryant College, she began her career working in public and private accounting,  After taking some time to raise her family, Gloria found Home Instead to be the perfect fit since she is passionate about helping others.  She is committed to volunteering in town government, her church community, and advocating for a cleaner environment.  As Director of Human Resources,  Gloria is responsible for managing the hiring and retention of our CAREGivers, as well as related compliance.

Andrea Orcutt - Scheduling Coordinator

​Andrea joined the Home Instead team in 2019.  Having worked in home care for over 18 years, she knows how important scheduling is to ensure that seniors have the best caregiver to meet their needs.  Prior to joining Home Instead, Andrea worked as a Scheduling Coordinator for Personal Touch Homecare.
