“I’ve had a good experience.  I love helping people.  I love my job! The administrative staff is supportive of us.  I’ve worked places where administrative staff are just there but Home Instead members go out of their way to tell us what they appreciate about us.  Last winter we had a snow storm and I couldn’t get out and they took me to come and get my clients.  I was really impressed by that.  CAREGivers get support and positive feedback.  Home Instead offers great training, creates a positive atmosphere, and finds a good fit between CAREGivers and their clients.”

“I love it because not only are the office personnel friendly but the job provides lot of benefits, including  401k and health care.  In about 5 months I’ll be 66 and I’m retiring.  I’ll be staying with Home Instead Senior Care instead of my two other jobs.  I’m staying with Home Instead because it is so pleasant and I love being a CAREGiver because clients are so great.  I love helping people.  With Home Instead they fit you with clients they know will work with you.  That’s what I like.  The office staff is friendly, considerate, and show compassion for your personal self.  For example, when my father died they sent me a card everyone had signed.  That showed compassion.”

“The Home Instead staff are always so warm and welcoming.  When I walk in or call they say, ‘How can I help? What can I do for you?’  They are always very professional and have a smile on their faces.  They make me feel like it’s okay to ask questions.  Training is informative.  They walk through how to do things step by step and give you a workbook to refer to in the future.   I like being a professional CAREGiver because I get to talk to clients and be there for them.”
