Com​e learn about the ancient art of Jin Shin Jyutsu​®​; a quiet, non-invasive way to reduce stress, harmonize pain and enhance our own personal sense of well-being.  Jin Shin Jyutsu works in much the same way as its distance cousins, acupuncture and acupressure, except it relies only on light touch - no needles or painful prodding.

Jin Shin Jyutsu can be done while sitting, lying down or standing up. It requires no equipment except your own hands, and it can be done anywhere, anytime.  

During the presetation, you'll learn how to apply this art immediately, helping yourself and loved ones.  Handouts will be provided so you can try it at home, at work, on the go, or even as you fall asleep at night.  This presentation is provided at no cost to you, courtsey of Home Instead Senior Care.  ​​
