His passion for individuals to grow personally and professionally can be seen in his support of continuing education efforts for our CAREGivers, team meetings that focus on building character, integrity and unity, while encouraging each person he works with to be unique and maximize their personal strengths.
Olivia Jewett is our Recruitment and Engagement Coordinator. She joined Home Instead Senior Care 5 years ago after relocating to Reno from Lehi, Utah. Olivia has over 40 years of experience in the medical and caregiving fields. She began her career as a C.N.A and has since worked in convalescent homes, hospitals, rehabilitation centers, home health care, and hospice. After working hands on with patients and clients, Olivia moved into administration and has experience in billing, staffing, sales, and marketing. Her well rounded background and understanding of the needs of others sets a solid foundation for Olivia to recruit and engage the highest quality CAREGivers Northern Nevada has to offer. While this task is at times quite challenging, it is also the most rewarding when feedback from ecstatic clients is received.
When Olivia is not doing her best to increase CAREGiver quality and care found at Home Instead, you may find her cooking, creating art, or traveling both near and far to spend precious time with her family.
Traci Cochran came to Home Instead Senior Care in early 2014. With her extensive background in elder care, Traci enthusiastically joined our administrative team as Client Care Coordinator in 2016. Speak to her for 30 seconds and it will become clear that she hails from Pittsburgh (and is a die-hard Steelers fan). Pennsylvania is where she gained much of her 23 years of experience in senior care. She worked as a CNA, unit clerk, and staffing coordinator in a skilled nursing facility. Upon moving to Reno in 2013, Traci took her first go at in-home personal care. Boy, are we glad she did! Her favorite part of Client Care Coordination is being able to get to know our clients on a one-on-one basis. Traci enjoys being part of the team keeping our clients in their home or living setting of their choice. In her time away from work, Traci enjoys baking exceptionally tasty treats and spending time with family.
Megan Donnelly is our Office Manager. You will often hear her friendly voice when you call. She maintains our policies and procedures while offering support to our client care team and CAREGivers. As a proud Wolf Pack Alumni, Megan brings education and experience in the fields of Social Work and Psychology to our team. She has worked with children, adults, individuals with disabilities, families, and is now excited to work with our community seniors. She loves getting to know our clients and finding the right care to keep them comfortable and safe in their own homes. She also enjoys engaging with our amazing CAREGivers and providing opportunity to keep them happy and fulfilled.
Megan is a Certified Personal Trainer, Cycle Fitness Instructor and can often be found in the gym when not serving our seniors. She also loves traveling, photography, and her corgi, Zuko
"I am continually struck by the professionalism, high level of caring and exemplary caregivers that I have met from Home Instead. My mom couldn't live without them, and neither could I.
