Meet Benjamin and Jennifer Marchi, franchise owners of the Mid-Eastern Shore office, purchasing the family owned business in 2012. Jennifer received an Undergraduate degree in Political Science and a Master's degree in Public Administration and Policy from Virginia Tech. Benjamin previously worked in politics and government affairs. Their goal is to provide their clients with the highest level of care possible and to also provide their caregivers with the support and training tools necessary to be the leader in this industry. When they are not in the office, they are chasing after their two small boys!
Gail has enjoyed her position in Quality Assurance for our Easton office since 2004! She spends a lot of her time on the road visiting clients and their families, receiving feedback on our services. In her free time, she loves spending time with her two sons and four grandchildren. Gail lives on a farm, which allows her to live near her other love, animals!
We are pleased to have Carole, one of our Staff Coordinators since 2011. Managing a household of seven, she has had plenty of experience coordinating and scheduling. Carole also handles billing and long term care insurance. Caring for her parents and previously having been a nanny helped foster her desire to help others.
Jane has been enjoying her position as our Community Service Manager since 2012. In her position, she spends time in the community visiting professionals and being the face of Home Instead. With a Bachelors of Science in Healthcare Administration, Jane has obtained the skills needed in today’s ever-changing healthcare setting. Information about Alzheimer’s and other dementias is a strong asset of hers, providing education to the community and our CAREGivers. Jane enjoys spending time with her husband and daughter as well as a variety of hobbies in her free time.
Terri has been a part of the Home Instead family as a Staffing Coordinator since 2013! Terri herself has been a caregiver for over 30 years, so her experience is vast! She is able to apply her experiences of caregiving to finding the right match for our clients. In her spare time, Terri loves spending time with her two children and three grandchildren. She also loves to cook and bake and keeps the office well fed!
Beginning in 2017, Adam has a very important role as our Recruitment and Retention Coordinator. In this role, Adam is responsible for recruiting quality CAREGivers and retention, including ongoing training and employee development. Adam has an extensive background in operations and human resources management, both in telecommunications and retail industries. Having only recently moved to the Eastern Shore from Maui, Hawaii, Adam enjoys spending time exploring his new home with his wife, two children and their new puppy, Kona. Adam looks forward to continuing to deliver on Home Instead's commitment to providing our clients and CAREGivers with the best experience possible.
Tissier or (Tee) is a strong support system for our office as Office Coordinator since 2015! Tee loved the caring nature of the company which made her want to be a part of the Home Instead family. Tee enjoys reading, traveling, movies and spending time with family, especially her daughter!
Carol has been the nurse for Talbot, Dorchester and Caroline counties supervising the CAREGivers who provide personal care in those counties since 2013. Carol does the initial assessment for the new clients and the 90-day reviews. Carol has many years experience in home care.
Anne grew up on the Western AND Eastern Shore of Maryland. She grew up on the Chesapeake Bay enjoying boating, fishing and crabbing. Anne has worked in geriatrics for the past 17 years in all settings including skilled, assisted living, independent living and in home personal care assessments. Anne has been enjoying doing assessments for our wonderful clients since 2015. In her spare time Anne likes to spend time with her two grown children and three grandchildren .We are happy to have Anne as a part of our team!
Linda has been an RN for over 30 years with most of her career spent in home health care. She also teaches courses at Chesapeake College that prepares students to become Certified Nursing Assistants as well as Geriatric Nursing Assistants. Linda resides in St. Michael's with her husband. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her grandchildren, bicycling, kayaking as well as staying active with her church, community association and other activities around St. Michael's.
